Welcome to our South Fork River House, the perfect place to relax and/or enjoy fun filled days and evenings! We have 3 bedrooms with hill country decor. Two of the bedrooms have new queen-size beds and the third with trundle beds. The sofa in the living room makes a full size bed if needed. There are ceiling fans in three rooms. We have 2 baths and a washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook, from pots & pans, dinnerware and flatware. We have three barstools there and in the separate dining room, you can seat 6. In the back, there is a patio and small deck which is wonderful for enjoying morning coffee and listening to the many birds, or barbecuing out with friends/family in the evenings. We have recently added a beautiful large picnic table in the back yard. Hills & trees behind us give great privacy.
Keywords: Pretty home in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Located across the road from the Guadalupe River with park and river access.

About the owner: My husband and I have been coming to the Hill Country for many years. My Dad had a ranch here and in 2003, we bought this place to call ours! Our children and 13 grandchildren have made (and are still making) many wonderful memories here. We are blessed and thank God for this wonderful little spot in the beautiful Hill Country of Texas!
