Enjoy this 7th floor, direct oceanfront condominium. The view from here is awesome. Everyone who has been here says this complex has the best view on the beach. The porch has a 10 x 10 eating area along with a front area the entire width of the condominium. The porch is so large and deep that you have shade from mid-morning on, along with a cool ocean breeze. Sit out and watch the pelicans glide by on the air currents right in front of you. You can almost reach out and touch them. Or, watch the dolphins playing in the surf.
Relax inside on an over-stuffed couch watching cable or reading a book in front of a wood-burning fire at night. This condominium has been completely renovated. Beautiful fossilized coral floors will delight you with inlays of shells, turtles, and starfish. You will have 1460 square feet that is bright and airy with windows galore to bring the outside in. Direct ocean front with ocean views from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom. The second bedroom has views of the inland waterway from any of its four windows. The kitchen is up-to-date with a breakfast bar. It is totally equipped including electric griddle, food processor, blender, coffee maker, etc. A pub table sits in a little alcove that is used for games, puzzles, and as extra seating in addition to the dining room table.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds each with a high-riser underneath. Both bedrooms have TV with cable and full bathrooms. A shower is in the master, and a tub/shower in the second. If you have additional company, there are two twin Aerobeds for your use.
This eight-story complex of 16 units has no adjoining walls to other units giving you maximum privacy and quiet. Only two units are on each floor. The pool has a covered cabana with a keyed bathroom. Table and chairs are under the cabana and additional reclining chairs for sunbathing are around the pool. Abundant parking is available right by the elevator - no long walks with the groceries. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use inside the condominium along with plenty of storage and closet space.
This condominium is our home-away-from-home. We do not smoke, and request that you honor our NO SMOKING policy. We had a Labrador Retriever who loved it here as much as we do. If you would like a nice quiet relaxing vacation in a beautiful location, this is the place to be.
