  The house is exactly as described in the pictures. We immediately felt at home when we got there. At our time of arrival even the TV was on to create a homely feeling. The house was immaculately clean, including linen, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. - We have never had a cleaner rental place! All appliances were in perfect working order, WiFi worked well and fast. It is a real gem amongst the surrounding houses in the area where a lot of them are for sale and in some state of neglect. Thanks for making that house such an oasis. A little downside is I95 which can be quite noisy when the wind blows from the South and East.

  The home is located a short drive from Hollywood International Airport and offers easy access to 95 north and south. The resturants and stores of Las Olas along with Publix are also nearby. The home is exactly as pictured, comfortable and cozy. The recent renovations are very nice. Penny was an absolute joy to work with making arraingements prior to our visit-she could not have been more understanding and helpful.

  We rented this house for our last vacation hoping that the pictures on the rental site were reflecting reality. We were so extremely happy when we got to visit the property for the first time. We had an amazing service from the owners and the house was perfectly clean. It has been newly renovated, and the backyard is fantastic with its pool and the view on the canal. The house is fully equipped and has everything you could wish for. The location of the property is also amazing, close to the highway 95 and short car ride to Las Olas street. We could have not found a better place to stay for our vacation. We will definitely go back. Thanks again Penny !

  This house was perfect for two couples. It was easy to access and we appreciated the free WiFi, the BBQ Grill, the flat screen and washer and dryer. The neighboorhood is safe and very quiet. The owners provided us with very helpful tourist information (the only thing missing was a map of the area that would have been useful). The kitchen and living areas are modern and super clean. The backyard is awsome. In order to be perfect, we would recommand to add shelves in the bedroom closets, update the linen and cookware and remodel the bathrooms, especially the one near the garage. Overall, we would definitely go back and refer it to friends.

  Owner response: Thank you for you input and we will take into consideration your modest ideas and welcome the criticism. The complete house was updated / remodeled less than 2 years ago and we have plans to update the shower area in the second bath off the garage during a slow season. Shelves in the closets are a great idea thank you. Cookware is a personal preference that we will look into as well. Linen is new but hard to please each individual user, but happy to look at refreshing it again. An area map should have been in the house but I will. See to another one getting in. Sometimes guest take them with them and we do not realize it is gone we want each travelers stay to be stress free and know where they are going so Thanks for all the wonderful tips .

  We had a wonderful week here, the house was immaculate and so clean. Ideal for a family of 4. The pool was brilliant in a beautiful setting. So much to see and do in the surrounding area of Fort Lauderdale, we hope to return soon. Thank you!

  A group of us girls stayed here and we had the best time and was so at ease no worrys about safety or being bothered. The house was so nice and everything we needed was right there. We were right on a canal and we fished off the dock, we relaxed by the pool and on the covered deck, bbq'd basicly we had everything just like home but better. We will def come back it was so nice to drive right in the garage close the automatic door get out go in and colapse after a fun filled day. The neighboorhood was safe, quite and clean. The neighboors were very nice and friendly. I would have to say that the owners had see to everything we could possibly have needed and they have flyers, menues, all kinds of tourist info there at your finger tips, and more channels on Tv than I knew there was. To sum it up I would say bring your toothbrush and bathing suit and forget the rest of the world this reafirned my idea of vacation. The owners were on call for anything we could think of.

  This location was impeccable clean both house and swimming pool. The pool was good for exercising in the a.m. or a short cool down at the end of the day. The house had everything we needed also helpful literature on good suggestions for a fun day. It is located within a short distance of good restaurants on the water. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood. This location was everything and more than we expected.

  Our family chose to stay in sourth Florida over spring break (last week) and were very happy to stay at this house. The house itself was beautiful and very well maintained and the backyard was a vacation itself. From the off the dock fishing to the swimming pool there was no way to be bored! We did a lot of fishing out of the backyard and caught crabs, snook and catfish. If you are a fisher you will love it! We spent a lot of time at the beaches that were only about 20 minutes away, we went to the Everglades (a mere 25 minutes away), Seaworld (about 3 hours away) and some local sightseeing and shopping. The area the house is located in is very quiet and clean and even though we were close to the highway it was not at all disturbing, noise wise. I communicated a lot with the owner via email and a few times via phone and she was very pleasant and friendly and I enjoyed the hospitality she had for us as her guests. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to spend your time in Florida I would definitly look at making this your choice. We had an amazing and relaxing time and look forward to returning next year!

  My wife, myself and one other couple just returned home to Oklahoma from a week in this home. Beautifully remodeled,super clean, close to everything you won't and won't to do. Our week included a10 minute drive from airport to the house, and a 5min. restaurant to eat. next day was all day on Hollywood Beach and boardwalk. Discovery Cruse to Freeport Bahama for 2days. Jungle Queen trip down the river and another day on Fort Lauderdale beach. Evening swims in beautiful fresh water pool. This home is centrally located to 100s of things to do and places to eat. Will return to stay longer. Owners were very helpful in direction to home, check in and any questions we had.
