Beautiful three bedroom (plus den with two beds), two bath home with a brand new kitchen and master bath on sun-drenched waterway in gorgeous Marco Island. Designer kitchen has granite, new cabinets and new stainless steel appliances. Master bath has granite counter, new cabinets and beautiful tiled shower. House just repainted inside and out, new carpeting, and landscaping. With all of the renovations, house is just like new. Enjoy the beautiful water view from under the large lanai while you bask in the sunny heated pool. The covered portion of the lanai has a sofa and two chairs, plus a full dining set, while the open area has chaise lounges to enjoy sunbathing in the Florida sunshine.
Close to some of the best beaches in Florida. Tie up your own boat at the private dock- we are only minutes away from open water and the best fishing in Florida or just beach your boat on one of the many little islands surrounding Marco Island and enjoy fantastic shelling or sunbathing. The dock has a snook light and a fish cleaning station which allows for enjoyable fishing right from home. The dock has plenty of room for sunbathing and a beautiful view.
This newly furnished home has a master bedroom suite with a king size bed, a large walk in closet, TV and french doors that open to the lanai. Guest rooms 2 & 3 have a queen bed (TV/VCR) and two twin beds. The den with a computer with internet access also has a day bed that converts to two twin beds. This home has plenty of room with cathedral ceilings, a living room and family room (TV/DVD) which both open through large sliding glass doors to the lanai. The kitchen overlooks the water and is fully stocked to make even the grandest dinners.
Marco Island has something for everyone to enjoy. Fishing charters, parasailing, boat rentals, and jet ski tours to see the dolphins and the mangroves are some of the island favorites. There are many excellent golf courses within fifteen minutes and tennis is just a short walk away. Marco Island has an abundance of shopping from the smaller boutiques on the island to the outlets just minutes away to the upscale shopping of 5th Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has a vast array of restaurants from fine dining to local favorites. Only 20 minutes to Naples with its shopping, art galleries and Philharmonic or to the Everglades where you can enjoy a jet boat or swamp buggy ride or just appreciate nature.
This home is close to everything and there are four bikes which make it fun to ride to restaurants, shopping, tennis, the parks or the beach. This home has everything to make your vacation fabulous! The owner pays a management company to collect payment and manage the home. This allows the renter to have a local contact to pick up the keys and manage the property. Credit cards accepted.

Marco Island is like coming to paradise. we have traveled all over the world (Hawaii, the Greek Island, the Italian coast,, Bahamas, Bermuda etc.) , and yet we still find that Marco Island has some of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. We also enjoy boating where we can fish or beach on our own private island for the day. You are close to good restaurants and shopping but can feel like you are on a private beach if you choose to. Marco Island does not have the crowded feeling you get at many places in Florida.

Thank you for letting us use your house- it is beautiful! The view from the dock was great and the pool was very nice and relaxing especially on the hot days. The beds were very comfortable. We caught catfish and crabs from the dock. Had a great time.

Wow! We had the perfect vacation! Thank you to the Suttons for the use of your beautiful home on Marco Island. Great location for conveniences and the kids absolutiely loved the pool,. We felt right at home! We spent a lot of time at the beach- Tiger Tail and rented a pontoon boat for two days. Explored many islands and beaches and stopped to eat at Snooks Innn on the water. Thank you for the use of the bikes and pool toys. We look forward to returning in the near future. Easter Week 2005

We had a memorable and fabulous family vacation in the Sutton's wonderful home. It was so great to be able to sit by the pool and relax while some of the children swam, and my father was able to show the younger children how to fish. Everyone had a great time, and the house had everything we needed. At night the kids swam while we enjoyed a nice dinner on the lanai. We plan to come back again next year.
