  This was our second year staying in this condo. First we thought we were going to have to reschedule because my grandmother got sick and Chip was very understanding but thankfully she got better and we were able to go on our vacation. First, we love the keyless door entrance it saves from having to keep up with keys. The kitchen is fully stock with whatever utensils you would need. The fridge has an ice maker so that helps when packing a cooler for the beach/pool. The condo is very spacious our family of four. Every other aspect of the condo is perfect. We love staying here because its just minutes to the beach and barefoot landing. Already looking forward to vacation next year!

  We stayed the week of the 4th . The room was very clean ,loved the different color of the rooms, similar to our own house. The room was even nicer than in the pictures. We went to bentio"s our meal was great ! Would recommend Big Daddy"s Roadhouse even thou it is on other side of Myrtle Beach, best ribs,rolls in the area. Chip was very helpful in securing the reservation and responded any question I had . Will be staying there in the future . Will recommend the property to friends and family .

  Our family of four just returned from this condo. Everything was great!.... including the view and the location (could walk to pool, we took the car sometimes). Loved the keyless entry and hair dryers and tv's and furniture, It was nice to see walls painted a color other that white! .... very inviting. Look forward to returning next year.

  We stayed here for 10 days in July 2011. The photos don't do this condo justice, it is so much nicier. When you first walk into the condo, you can tell it is used primarily as a second home and not just a rental. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Chip, the owner, replied to all our inquiries prior to renting very quickly and also e-mailed us after our stay to insure our visit was enjoyable. We would and will rent from him again. Thanks Chip again for renting us this really nice condo. Restaurant recommendations: Our all time favorite in MB - Umberto's at Barefoot Landing - great food mid to high prices for MB, but well worth it. Reservations are a must. Their web site www.umbertos.com Benito's Brick Oven Pizza - located about 2 1/2 miles north of Barefoot, just before Beachwood Golf Club on Highway 17. Great food at very reasonable prices.

  My family & I rented the condo for 5 nights. When we inquired about the property we received a quick response. We were fortunate to find somewhere in one of the busiest months that met the requirements we were looking for and for the price. We would stay here again. We also received our security deposit back within days of returning home.

  My wife and I have vacationed in the Myrtle Beach area for 5 of the last ten years. For the past three years we have stayed in condos in Barefoot. This year we decided to stay in Ironwood. I submitted an inquiry to Chip and received a response almost instantly. I asked him standard question as to when he was last at the property and so forth. He informed me that he was just at the condo the past weekend and that his condo is their second home as opposed to just a rental. When I arrived I realized what he meant. The condition of the condo was great. It was recently remolded and was very clean. The kitchen had everything my family needed to prepare meals as we try not to eat out to much. The bedrooms had very good mattresses with clean and cozy bedding. The view from the condo has been the best view we have had to date. It overlooks the golf course and the inter-coastal. This was fun as my son and I watched the boats go through all day. We enjoyed the pool as it was the biggest pool we have encountered in Barefoot. There is also a tennis court, beach volley ball court, and a basketball hoop. We enjoyed our stay and have already contacted Chip about securing dates for next year. We have finally found the perfect condo in Barefoot.

  The unit was great for my wife and I, although we had a couple of issues with the fridge and garbage disposal upon our arrival. In fairness to the owner, he offered assistance immediately and was very concerned about our satisfaction with the unit. I would stay there again and I have spoken to him regarding our issues, both of which have been rectified. Great location, close to golf, shopping and amenities. Very comfortable unit which would be excellent for a family of 4.

  We stayed here in July. Our family wanted a beach vacation but either didn't like the quality of the beachfront condos or the price. This condo is very nice, great price and just a short drive to the beach. We hit the beach each day of the trip and had no problems finding parking. As for the golf, I played the Love and Dye course. They were both great although I prefer the Dye course. You can't go wrong with this condo, the Barefoot Resort, or the location. We highly recommend it.

  Exactly, one word to represent my feeling about this property; PERFECT. :) All was perfect, The listing description accurate the reality regarding this location. The decoration was very nice and the property very clean and well-maintained. The wiew from the balcony on the golf is great in the morning whith a good coffee. I realy recommend whithout hesitation this property to someone who want to pass nice vacation at Myrtle Beach. The location is also perfect. Be sure that I will be back in the futur. Thanks to the owner for this beautiful week of vacation :) PS: Sorry for my english writting

  I had and excellent stay at this rental property. Everything was as advertised. The owner was easy to deal with and really cared about my needs as a renter from out of state. I would stay here again and again in the future. I miss my view of the waterway and golf course every day. When you shop for a rental property make sure you give this a good look. Its a winner.
