  For the pass two years my wife and son and grandsons have stayed at this property. The property more than met our expetians.The house and property were better than we though it would be and the fishing was GREAT! The property mgr and his wife made sure we had every thing we needed. I would recommend this property to anyone who enjoys nature.

  5 of us took a fishing trip here last year. House was nice as well as fishing. They double booked us on our last day, so we had to give up 1 day and 1 night of our planned vacation. We were told this the day before our trip. The property managers for the rental are very poor. The lady property manager is very unpersonable. We went to rebook for this year regardless of her and found out that the owner would not rebook us. She had claimed we left fish scales in kitchen and mashed in carpet. Totally false! No fish were cleaned inside the home. In fact, we were refunded our initial damage deposit, so we didn't think anthing until we went to rebook. Home was left with deck hosed off, linens removed from bed, everything brought down to the laundry room. We even got part of the linens washed. Counter tops clean, floor was swept, garage cleaned, etc... I have never been so appauled by such a 100% lie from the lady manager. Unfortunately the owner believed her. Still wondering why our damage deposit was refunded if that was the case???

  My husband and my daughter and I stayed at the house this past summer. It was truly one of the best family vacations we've ever had. The house was exceptional - exactly as described and more. I think the best feature of the house was the extraordinary and caring service we received from the property manager. Such thoughtful touches at the house to address every one of our needs! We had a 14 year old teenager with us who didn't want to leave! The fishing was excellent! The grounds were very well taken care of...regardless of the unavoidable drought conditions, the views were beautiful. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet family vacation. We are planning to return next summer.

  Accurate description on website. Owner and property manager were helpful and sincere. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The property is immaculate down to the smallest details. Owner is very easy to deal with and genuinely cares that you have an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice country get away. Fishing was fantastic. There is no doubt we will be back.

  This place was awsome 5 guys stayed at this house together for a hunting trip as we do every year and it was every thing the owner said it was every body was so helpful like the property manager and owner,I would recomend this property to any body that is down that way.

  Excellent property for couples or families and was as described. Property very well maintained and support from Property Manager was very good. Fishing was excellent. Goose Pond Pizza is very good. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a get-away in the country and we will be returning.

  I have been a guest at this property several times, most recently in April of 2010. The accommodations are beautiful, new and clean. The most enjoyable part of my visit was fishing the three well-stocked ponds. Unlike other fishing experiences, I was able to catch fish with nearly every lure from my tackle box. It is not uncommon to catch 3 lb. bass and large bream and crappie. It is such a relaxing environment. Sitting out on the deck at night with a cold drink and the sounds of the wildlife is something I rarely get a chance to do. I look forward to returning.
