Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, exposed beam vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings. Every room has a TV and the living room has a 50 inch HD TV with DVR, and DVD and premium movie channels.
This townhome is a nonsmoking, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 3 story end unit. As you enter at ground level, you will find the living room, kitchen/dining area, fireplace and a full bath. On the second level are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The full bath with dressing area outside the main bath are also on the second level. The third story room has two twin beds. There are balcony's off of the living room, kitchen and master.

I used this condo for 9 nights in September of 2012. I could not be any more pleased with the whole experience. 1st when I called I spoke directly with the owner Lory. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great Vacation. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There is every pot and pan, cooking utensil, crock pot, coffee pot ETC. if you need it and it’s there. There is a very nice Gas BBQ grill ten steps away that sits right next to two hot tubs and a swimming pool. There is also a sauna and a laundry room as well. The sauna was a nice treat after a long day. The condo also has a nice new big screen TV with all the channels. I felt like it was very centrally located to everything. There are numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. We also had a trailer and were pleased to see that there is a huge parking lot across the street. I would highly recommend this condo and will being staying there again myself hopefully in the near future.Recommended for: Pet owners, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

We recently went up to Mammoth and stayed at this great condo. The owner was very friendly, responsive and easy to work with, they even provided references when I asked. It's also really hard to find a pet friendly place that is nice, so we were very happy to stumble upon this listing. The property was clean and well maintained and had everything that was promised. The location was great, close the grocery store and right on a shuttle line that made it easy to get up to the mountain. Stayed here for a beautiful week in early August. Owner was great + very helpful before and during stay. Location is great - easy walk to nice restaurants, stores, shuttle buses, etc. Unit is clean + well-furnished, although it is in a funky hexagonal building so the floorplan is unusual. I believe the complex was built in the 70's, so the floor are a bit creaky and the walls + doors are not thickly insulated from noise. Keep in mind that the top floor bedroom is a loft so the kids might need earplugs if they are light sleepers. Overall the complex was well-maintained + quiet, with nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna and BBQ just steps away from the unit. We hope to get back there soon and will recommend it to our friends.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Highly recommend this property. Great location to catch the bus to ski areas and close to restaurants, shop[ping and grocery store. Condo is in a great location to use the amenities such as pool, spa and steam room. The description regarding the condos location along with photos are all accurate. The remodel in the main living area is super with a large dining table and big screen TV. Owner was very helpful with all questions and the condo has been well maintained.The photos of the property are all accurate.It was snowing and cold but look forward to sunny days and warmer weather to use the overlooking balconies. Defiantly will be renting again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: We have been vacationing at Mammoth Lakes for over 40 years and enjoy all that it has to offer including the best snow skiing in the US as well as great hiking and many summer activities. It's the perfect place to have a family vacation.
Why the Owner Chose Sierra Park Villas:
Great skiing and boarding in winter and late spring. Tons of activities also during spring, summer and fall: Fourth of July, Jazz Festival, Beer Festival, Art Festival, Blues Festivals, Mountain Biking, 5k, 10k, Mammoth Motocross, golfing and much more. Take a day trip to Yosemite or Mono Lake and Bodie Ghost Town, you'll never run out of things to do. Don't miss a trip to Hot Creek as well. Shuttle service is available to any of the Mammoth lodges from our condo. Shuttle stop is at our complex. Mammoth, June and Owens River/Bishop are prime fly fishing spots. The many lakes make for fantastic water sports too - you can jet ski and knee board at Crowley Lake. There are 2 daily flights from LAX to Mammoth airport less than 10 miles from our condo during the winter months plus flights have been for the other seasons as well.
