We just got back from Navarre Beach and fell in love with it. We have stayed all over in the gulf and found this place to be the best overall. The condo was great and had everything we needed and more. The condo was decorated very nice and everything was clean. The bedrooms were very nice size and the kitchen had lots of counter space. We just loved how you get off the elavator and walk a few steps to the condo. The pool was nice and the beach was great. The condo had a very large balcony which you don't get very often and lot's of seating inside and out.We plan on coming back many more times and hopefully will be able to stay in this condo. The best place ever!!!!

My mother in law, Susie, and I really enjoyed our stay! The condo had all the amenities we needed, is decorated nicely, was very clean, and had such a welcoming feeling to it. Mr. Fred was always easy to get in touch with, very nice, and accommodating. I look forward to booking my next stay! :)
Owner response:Amber, I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay, I would be happy to welcome you back to Navarre and at my condo whenever you are ready for beach getaway. Thanks

This was by far the best vacation we have ever taken, Navarre is exactly as advertised, friendly and laid back, The condo was great, it has a huge patio with a great view of the beach and ocean, and access to the beach couldn't be easier, Fred was also very helpful and responsive during the booking process. Some of the highlights were the Blue Angels practice show at Pensacola, the proximity to the National Seashore Beaches, and the fact you could get to everything, without being in the middle of everything. It was very relaxing and we highly recommend it.

We loved staying in this condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had a well equipped kitchen. The well stocked kitchen was especially important to us as I cooked most of our meals rather than dining out. We all had a very comfortable stay here and would highly recommend this condo to anyone. It was a prime location in the regency with a great view of the gulf and easy access to the elevators. This was our first stay in this unit and it will not be our last!
Owner response:Michelle, It was my pleasure to have you at the condo. I would love to have you come back any time. Thanks Fred

We just stayed at Navarre beach and this condo has a wonderful view but lacked in other areas. The photos do not reflect the condition of the furniture. The couches are very old and sagging as well as the dining room chairs (there are 2 different sets of furniture in the pictures on this site, now that I look again....), the carpets are discolored and the floors were so dirty that I personally mopped the patio because my childerens clothes and toenails were covered in black after 15 minutes. There were also no attention to details, as the towel holder in the master bath was held together with scotch tape, the bed skirt was ripped, the spare blanket in the 2nd bedroom was literally shredded and the doors and trim had not been cleaned in a long time. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was helpful when the air conditioning went out one afternoon, but I would have been more impressed if the attention to detail had been more addressed.
Owner response:After receiving the feedback from Tracey, We had the maintenance team do a thorough walk through and address all the issues. We value our guests feedback and continuously try to improve ourselves and that's what we have done in this case to setup additional walk through after each renter has departed. Things do break and we are there to fix whatever it takes.

Larry and Deb (Evansville, Indiana) Review submitted: July 19, 2010 Date of arrival: July 10, 2010 We just returned Sat 7/17/10 after staying 1 week. This was our first visit to Navarre Beach. We loved the beautifully decorated condo. The weather was great! Some seaweed but no oil, no tar balls, no stingrays or jellyfish. The condo was very spacious and well stocked. The pool is well maintained and big! We enjoyed the beaches and the Pier which is a short walking distance from the condo. The people of Navarre Beach are very friendly and welcoming. We most loved the fact that Navarre Beach did not seem so commercialized and 'touristy'. It is very laid back. Nice restaurants are within driving distance. Our teenager even liked it! He jet skiied, kayaked, and parasailed. We women hit the outlet mall near Destin. We will be back! Recommended for: families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Dear Doug & Paula, We just wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely wonderful time this past week! "Against the Wind" was everything you promised it would be and more. The decor of the condo was an unexpected delight. Yes, we love the beachy themes of most units, but when we entered yours, we felt like we were coming home. It was warm, inviting and we felt most welcome. Thank you also for allowing my sister and brother-in-law to join us for a couple of days. We'd not had the opportunity to get away together for many years, so this was especially meaningful. My parents had taken my sister and I to the beach every summer while we were growing up, so we re-lived lots of happy memories while sitting in the sand. Shelling was amazing as well. We found many beautiful shells just waiting to be scooped up. The water was that wonderful, clear green we all hope for during our visits and the temperature was warm enough to be comfortable, yet cool enough to be refreshing. I've gushed enough! Thank you again for your hospitality. We certainly will be taking the opportunity to stay with you again in the future. Sincerely, Sheila Wills
