This second floor contemporarily designed unit has fantastic views down the beach to the pier. It is a non-smoking 2 Bedroom (and bunkroom)/2 Bathroom condo. It overlooks the pools (one is heated in the cooler months). Also has hot tub. The 2 Bedrooms have one King and one Queen. Also Queen sofa sleeper. In master bathroom you will find large tub with shower massager and double sinks. TVs and VCRs in each bedroom and in living room. DVD player also in living room and master bedroom. Full kitchen with washer and dryer in laundry room. Granite countertops in kitchen. Tile throughout except in bedrooms. Has crown molding in hallway, kitchen, master/guest bedrooms, as well as living and dining room. Located across the street from the convention center. Excellent local restaurants.
