We are centrally located within walking distance to Safeway, Starbucks, Subway, and The Den (friendly, local dining and bar meeting place). The popular Patagonia outlet and Fishing Outfitter shops and Hawaiian based Bad Ass Coffee Company are all close by. You won't find a nicer Visitor's Information Center around, you'll see!

Excellent accommodations. Everything for household provided and then some. All in all, we were very pleased. If we visit that area again, we would like to stay there again. Stores (grocery, restaurants) - all very close. Listing Description was accurate. Property clean and welcoming. Owner very helpful and accessible. Highly recommend to relatives and friends. Only drawback was lack of internet. Could go to Safeway Grocery store though for wi-fi. Safeway only block away - walked to it several times. McDonalds close (right by Safeway). Gas station block away. Downtown had several restaurants; we went to Papa T's. Nice family place. Really, really, loved this condominium!

My husband and I stayed a week at this beautiful condo, the pictures don't do it justice! The rooms are larger than seen, warm in color and a real feeling of home! I could tell there was alot of love put into the lovely decorations! Our son and family arrived after us, he was pleasantly surprised on the size and comfort of the condo. The AC cooled the condo down perfectly, I got a bit too cool at times. I wish there were pictures to show the beautifully decorated bedrooms and the large master bath with walk-in closet. If we are in Dillon again we will certainly want to stay here! We were in Dillon for a family reunion, several MT family members came from around the state, when they saw this condo they were interested in renting in the future for a long weekend visit. I cannot tell you how great this place really is, you need to experience it for yourself!

We were in Dillon for a Mining History Conference, & found it much preferable to stay in this condo than a local motel. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out, eat in, & do laundry & such. We spent several days after the conference touring the area & sightseeing. The unit was well-equipped and very neat & clean. Convenient to Safeway and Interstate I-15. Good neighbors in adjacent condos. We were able to cook-out on the grill several times and Wi-Fi was very helpful. Very nice area of Montana to visit with lots of history and wildlife. The condo owners greeted us and checked several times to make sure our needs were met.

Our family stayed at this condo for the fishing trip around Dillon, Montana. We truly enjoyed our stay. It's conveniently located in town. Safeway is within a walking distance. The condo's very nice and clean with everything you need. The owner even had fresh organic eggs in the refridgerator for us! Truly a home away from home. I loved that I could prepare meals for the family rather than eating out like when we stayed in a hotel. My husband also enjoyed nice and clean fishing outfits every mornings! If you are YMCA member, you can go use the facility in town for free. It's just 5 minutes drive from the condo. There are two big pools. The kids pool is nice and warm and our sons loved it. We were very comfortable and would of course stay here again on our next trip to Dillon.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our Condo is an upper unit with exterior stairs to the front door. There are two buildings, with 4 condos in each building with adjacent garage units. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just 1 block off of North Montana St. with GREAT year round neighbors. While we do not have a private patio off of our Condo, we do have a shared picnic area on our newly landscaped lawn, where you can enjoy a nice BBQ meal on our picnic table.
