Minister Pond [around 23 acres!] is right there in your front yard. The best place to sit and relax and get to know your own thoughts again. Listen to the owls and tree frogs at night, the dozens of birds all day.
Cottage has everything you need. Comfy and cozy and nice and clean. Full kitchen that's fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Just the room you need in the bedrooms to unpack, relax and feel this is your home-away-from-home. Open living/dining area just off the kitchen gives everyone the space to be together.
Enjoy the bamboo and tile floors and new bathroom. Lovely, rustic, old Cape Cod cottage on Minister Pond. Relax in this quiet, private setting with frogs, lily pads, and the serenity of the Lower Cape. In the woods with trees and tranquility. Deck with grill. Just down the street to National Park Service's National Seashore Visitor's Center and less than 1/2 mile to the Cape Cod Bike Trail. 1 1/2 miles to ocean or bay beaches on either side. Coast Guard Beach is rated the #7 beach in the country! Location, location, location. Wooded pondfront. Lots of fish. Private, calm and comfortable. Outer Cape quiet. Sleeps up to 5. Lowest weekly rate on water. There are pillows and extra blankets if you'd like to use ours. Other than that, please bring your own bed and bath linens. About the owner: We are the LeConey family - Cindy, Jon and Tess, and we enjoy sharing our beautiful piece of Cape Cod with the people who come to stay in our cottages. Nothing pleases us more than sitting on our porch on a warm summer evening listening to the quiet talk and laughter from the cottages, and knowing we're able to share this place with them. It's very satisfying to watch others fall in love with this beautiful place, and come back year after year.

This is a cozy and comfortable cottage in a beautiful spot, with the pond just outside your door, and the birds singing, and surrounded by trees. You can hop right on the bike path or rent a kayak or canoe that comes right to the pond for you. You can hike to Coast Guard or Nauset Light Beach, or head to any of the calmer bayside beaches. This cottage is central to all this.
