At nearly 3,000 square feet there's more than enough room to spread out in this beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bath condo located across the street from the ocean. Unit is centrally located in Carolina Beach and is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, Carolina Beach Lake and the Boardwalk. Sleeps a total of 11.
1 Summer Dream boasts a massive master suite and master bath on the fourth floor. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the adjoining deck with beautiful views of the ocean.
Just down the hallway are two twin beds which makes it convenient to keep the kids on the same floor and close by. They'll also enjoy a bathroom just for themselves.
The third floor has a cozy family room and spacious full kitchen with all the amenities- stainless steel appliances, Keurig and granite counter tops. There's also an attached deck with table and chairs for four. In all, there's seating for 14 at dinner time, including the outdoor dining table. Just down the hall is a double bed and attached bathroom.
The second floor boasts a second master suite with queen bed. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower adjacent to the queen bedroom. Finally, down the hall is another bedroom with daybed. This room is nice for teens and has an attached deck.
Large enough for two families, the unit is four stories tall which provides great views of the Island. Yet, the private elevator makes it convenient so there's no need to lug your gear up and down the steps.
Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a 37' flat screen with Blu-Ray player. The family room has HD programming on a 37' flat screen TV and a Blu-Ray player. There's also a Sony IPOD stereo in the family room to play all of your favorite beach music.
There's a high chair, port-a-crib and baby gates for the little ones and a nice supply of games and movies for those dreaded rainy days.
We've also provided several beach chairs and a beach cart to help haul your gear to the beach and there's an outdoor shower to rinse off when you're done.
1 Summer Dream is positioned on a quiet, newly paved street with no through traffic. Just steps away from the beach and you can even sit on one of three ocean side balconies to watch the fireworks each Thursday night during the summer.
Historic Fort Fisher, the ferry and the North Carolina Aquarium are all just a few minutes away. You can head north into Wilmington in less than 20 minutes.

! Summer Dream was definitely a summer dream. It had all of the amenities that a big group could want and close to everything. The owners thought of every little deatil. We'll definitely come back to stay in the near future!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Carolina Beach:
After years of vacationing and dreaming of owning our own place at Carolina Beach, we finally purchased our second home in February of 2010. 1 Summer Dream seemed like an appropriate name because we always found ourselves thinking about our next trip to the beach. This condo was perfect because it has beautiful ocean views yet is located on a quiet street with virtually no traffic. We can walk to the beach in less than three minutes and all the places we like to frequent (restaurants, coffee shops, boardwalk, etc) are all just a short walk away.
