  A great 1 bedroom condo right on the beach. Close to everything you need & more. Complete with infant & toddler supplies such as a play & pac, booster seat, & both indoor toys & beach supplies. Quiet and easily accessible. We would recommend this 3rd floor condo with a beautiful west view to anyone!

  great for cold winter beach days - glass doors and balcony overlooking sail bay was perfect for those days too cool to be on the beach. with the gas fire place going, the view of the bay and sky... exactly what we hoped for. nice accommodations, well situated - far enough away from the bustle and crowds, but close enough to access many parts of the city, almost all within biking and walking distance. the owner was helpful, photos were accurate, and i would recommend this property.

  The condo was everything the website said it would be and more. Perfectly situated, beautiful decor and all your needs taken care of. We loved our walks and bike rides around the bay and didn't want to leave our last day. We will be back...thanks Connie for making our stay so wonderful!

  The condo was neat and well equipped. This is our 3rd time staying here. The owner is always very helpful and very available. The location is great and perfect for families, very quiet. The playground is a two to three minute walk from the condo and the grocery stores are about a 5 minute drive. We always try to stay here but because the owner is so great and her rates are reasonable, you need to plan ahead. I would recommend her condo to anyone. Excellent vacation! We even asked the day before for a late checkout and she was able to accommodate even though there were people coming in that night to stay there. We can't wait to come back to this condo.

  Everything was absolutely wonderful! This is the perfect place to stay while vacationing in San Diego. Incredible view - close to all that Mission Bay has to offer. Amenities were perfect. Easy access to all parts of San Diego and the parking garage/reserved parking spot was a huge plus. Connie was so helpful. Great communication before arrival. She has everything you need to enjoy the bay - beach cruisers, chairs, towels. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We most certainly will be returning and renting from Connie again. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

  We rented this condo last week with our two daughters, ages 12 and 14. The location was perfect, very close/easy to get to area attractions. It was great to hop on the cruisers and head over to Mission Beach where it was busy, then head on back to the condo for peace and quiet. The views were spectacular, and the condo was exactly as pictured (and very clean). The locked gates and garage helped us to feel very safe. Can't wait to come back! Thanks Connie!!!

  Having never rented from an owner before, I was somewhat apprehensive. However, this owner's integrity and great customer service made the experience the best vacation we've had in years! We felt like we were in a home and not a rental. The condo was very clean, nicely furnished and decorated, had extremely comfortable beds and views that were incredible. The building has good security and a gated parking garage. Everything you need is there. Its close to everything yet away from all the noise. And it was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the sail boats. We look forward to renting Connie's condo again!

  We had a wonderful time at Connie's condo, thanks in no small part to her. She is amazing to deal with. The location, the view, the extremely comfortable bed and amazing bathroom were more than we expected. This condo is wonderfully located on Sail Bay with gorgeous views and easy travel to anywhere you want to go. Defintely a 10/10!!!

  This property delivers everything it says it will. Located on Mission Bay, it provides a relaxing retreat, right on the beach, with a fully equiped kitchen and a quaint balcony for watching the sunset. Within walking distance is everything you need, cute bakeries to fun neighborhood pubs to grocery stores and beachside bars. If you want to find something more 'happening', hop on the bikes that are provided and simply ride over to the ocean side and you are in a whole new world buzzing with activity and ripe for people watching. When you've had your fill of crowds and excitement, you can retreat back to this lovely unit on the calmer, less crowded bay side. We loved it!

  We spent Christmas with our adult children at Connies Sailbay condo and it was great. Perfect location we walked or rode the beach cruisers every where we actually didn't have a car and it worked perfectly.The condo was fabulous very beautiful and stocked with everything one needs. Home away from home and Connie is amazing to work with. I would love to spend another week here maybe this spring!!!
