"Morningstar" is a fabulous four bedroom beach home in prestigious Cypress Dunes. It overlooks the Topsail State Park and the Gulf of Mexico and is directly across from the amenity center. This beautiful home has spacious second floor living area with gulf views, gourmet kitchen open to the dining and living areas. Three sets of French doors open onto a large veranda with rattan sofa, chairs and dining set; a beautiful setting to enjoy the ocean breeze. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and three baths with one king, one queen bedroom, one with twin beds and one bunk room. All downstairs bedrooms have attached baths (except bunk room). The living room and each bedroom/bunkroom all have TV. Upstairs is another full bath.
Morningstar has a warm open feeling with lots of light and is an ideal spot for that perfect beach vacation. Cypress Dunes is landscaped in native Florida vegetation and is surrounded by one of the most pristine state parks and beaches in the state of Florida. Included with your stay is a free pass to Topsail Reserve State Park with it's walking & biking trails and pristine beaches.
The home is right across from the Amenity Center with its large infinity swimming pool over looking the Gulf of Mexico, fitness center, outdoor fireplace with ample seating and large heated Jacuzzi tub. Cypress dunes also have 2 tennis courts, and walking trails. If you have never been to Cypress Dunes before check out their web site. Four bikes are available for your use. Beaches are 1900 feet, 3-4 min drive, 5-6 min bike ride or 16 minute walk and they are fabulous and uncrowded.
Cypress Dunes is in a great location. It is right off highway 98 on 30A, so close to Sandestin/Destin and all it offers; 5 minutes down 30 A to Grayton Beach and a few more minute drive to Seaside.

The house was awesome to say the least. The house was much more than the pictures captured. Top of the line. The pools and neighborhood was great for families of all ages. We had a great vacation. And not to mentions the owners were wonderful by making sure everything was perfect. Thanks!
