A unique, modern,freestanding three level beach house with spectacular views from all levels. 5 minute walk to two patrolled beaches, Bilgola with its Olympic size ocean pool and Newport with its many cafes and restaurants. It is a north facing house, capturing the winter sun and the cool summer breezes, having its own microclimate for year round enjoyment. Entertaining guests is easy with the main living area opening onto a large covered balcony through bi-fold doors overlooking Bilgola Beach and beyond. This balcony has a large BBQ and outdoor setting for 8+ guests.
With state of the art mod-cons including flat screens with cable TV, surround sound systems on two levels as well as gaming consoles (Wii) and Yamaha digital keyboard there is no shortage of activities. There are also numerous ocean cliff walks or coastal bushwalks very near to the house.
Situated on the Northern Beaches of Sydney it will satisfy those looking for a relaxing beach break as well as a city escape. From Newport beach (less than 5 mins walk away) there is regular public transport to the city and other famous Sydney landmarks as Manly Beach and Palm Beach.
The glass edge pool and hot tub overlooks the beach and is heated for year round enjoyment.

My husband and I have just returned from a one month stay at this beautiful Newport/Bilgola Beach home. We loved every day and evening and we hated to leave. Janelle, the owner, was so warm and welcoming and absolutely everything about this home and it's fabulous location was perfect. When kids visited they loved all the toys, Wii games, backyard swings and of course the pool and the beach. When the adults visited the open plan living with deck and BBQ made for some memorable good times. When we return to Sydney, this home will be our first request for a rental.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

We just returned from our two week vacation in Sydney and renting Vila Deniz was the best possible choice. The location was stunning and the amenities perfect. Bilgola and Newport beaches are within walking distance as well as great restaurants in Newport. Janelle the owner did everyhting possible to make our stay enjoyable, she picked us up from the airport, she responded promptly when we had a little problem with the lights in the house and she even had chilled champaigne and breakfast waiting for us in the fridge. The house is perfect for traveling with kids; our two children loved playing on the huge terrace and watching the ocean from their bunk beds. We recommend renting a car since there are a lot of places to visit in the area. The drive to Sydney takes approx. 45 minutes and even though it was our first time driving on the left side we got used to it right away - the australian drivers are very polite! There is also the nice town of Avalon with great shops and restaurants (5 min drive), the beautiful Northern Beaches spread along the coast and the Blue Mountains (2 hour drive) that are all worth exploring. If you are thinking about Sydney and surroundings we highly recommend Vila Deniz.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Walk to the beach... Walk to Newport beach. Walk to Bilgola beach. Fantastic walks with amazing arial views over newport and bilgola beach. 10min walk to playground Close to fabulous shops in Avalon. Fantastic bakeries...best German bread. Great restaurants. House amazing with an amazing deck overlooking the beach with fantastic bbq. Will def go back. 10/10 THANK You for a wonderful week at your gorgeous house.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers.

We absolutely loved your beach house. The views are amazing and the house is beautiful in every way. Our boys learnt how to surf and loved every moment of staying here. It is a very relaxing place to stay especially as great restaurants are 5mins away and I didn't have to cook! We did have some lovely breakfasts on the balcony checking out the surf. About the owner: We hope to retire to this beautiful beach house one day when our three kids leave home. It is close enough to enjoy the vibrant centre of Sydney but far enough away(40 mins) to be a relaxed beachside location.
Why the Owner Chose Newport:
Sydney's northern beaches is very desirable location for upmarket holidays.This house overlooks the best beach in Sydney,Bilgola Beach. This beach is a hidden gem and never crowded. Bilgola Beach is very picturesque and has a real holiday vibe. It has beautiful Norfolk Pines, a great cafe for breakfast, lunch and dinner and an Olympic size ocean pool. All less than 5min walk from our back door.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The spectacular view over Bilgola beach and beyond makes it very special. You can watch whales migrating, and surfers catch the perfect wave, from all 3 levels of the house. The sunrises and moonlit nights over the water are a very special sight! The house itself is flooded with a warm northerly sun in the winter and treated with a cool northeasterly breeze in the summer. The beach is less than 5 min walk down the hill.
The pool is wonderful to cool off in, after the walk back up the hill on your way back from the beach! Of course don't forget the Jacuzzi!
