This cute, comfortable Non-Smoking cottage is just one block to the "beach access" and the white sand "no traffic" beach. It is our retirement home that we allow other people to share. It is ten minutes from Main Street of Daytona, 15-20 minutes to Speedway and airport; 60 minutes from St. Augustine, one hour 30 minutes from Orlando attractions.
The cottage, of course, has air conditioning, plus a lovely ocean breeze most every day. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with a grocery store and other sundries within walking distance (less than half mile). Living quarters are CLEAN and comfortable: Kitchen with breakfast nook; dining room with a view; living room with color cable TV with DVD plus a queen sleeper and loveseat sleeper sofas.
The two bedrooms are furnished with queen-size bed and color cable TV, and two twin beds respectfully. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water in addition to the full bath w/ tub & shower; and a Washer and Dryer for your convenience, plus a furnished patio for grilling. Linens are provided.

House must be left reasonably clean with laundry & dishes washed.
