  Julie, Here is our review. Would you be able to post this for me? I was having a hard time posting it. Thanks again, Ann (stayed 9/17-9/27, 2012) We were a family of 7 (5 kids) taking our first extended length vacation away from home (VA). This home was exactly what we needed to make our vacation so enjoyable! The home was fully equipped with everything you would need. It had so much room and space to be together, but not crowding one another. You could have easily fit a few more in the home as well. The pictures were exactly reflective of what was in the home and how it showed. We really enjoyed the Emerald Island community neighborhood and the proximity to so much (local grocery, shops, Target, places to eat etc...) and all within just 10 minutes to the front gate of all the Disney Parks. It was perfect to come home to and just relax and head back to the parks in the evening if you wanted to or you could just stay in for swimming, family movies, the games in the garage room etc.. We would stay there again and would recommend to others. Julie was a true delight to work with and very responsive to our questions and needs. It was hard to leave and come home. Hope to be back at Penny Lane again sometime.

  From the moment we walked into Penny Lane it's visible that this house is at a very high standard. The house is fully finished and is very modern, it has everything you would need from a games room to pool with jacuzzi to plenty of cutlery and linen. The bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped with a very large fridge freezer , we had a BBQ also which is great as some evenings we were to tired to go out! The TVs have every channel you could think of and there was a TV in every bedroom. The house has Wifi access with a little office area upstairs. The resort in which the house is on , Emerald Island is a secure gated community with a security officer at the front gate and we felt completely safe during our stay. The location was great with Disney only a 10-15 minute drive and the other parks a bit further on , there was restaurants and a supermarket only a 5 minute drive from Emerald island. The owners Julie and Lyle really have thought of everything in this house , Julie was a fantastic help as there was twelve of us travelling and the trip took a lot of planning! Julie gave me some great advice on all aspects of our trip , replying to my emails very quickly. I planned this trip for quite a while and looked at many , many different Vilas , penny lane was one of the first houses I looked at and in my opinion nothing else I looked at compared to it , this villa really is top of the range. Staying at penny lane really made our holiday and I cannot recommend it enough , we really can't wait to stay here again.

  My family and I stay in Penny lane villa, and let me say not only was the house awesome, lovely, clean, well keep, the owner Julie Berger has the best customer service that u can ever imagine . Let me say that I do travel often, so i know about wonderful service, the house is so close to everything you could possible want,. But i have to say that this is one time that picture didnt tell a thousand words, those picture cannot begin to appreciate the beauty of this luxury house, THIS HOUSE IS VERY LOVELY AND TASTEFUL, you have everything that you need in this house, and everything works well. I will reccommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy a stress free vacation, the pool is well kept also. i am gushing about this house to everyone, had some frinds come over to visit when they saw the house, they immediately started looking into owning one like pennylane. We will be back Julie, and any friends i have will know about your house...

  Our recent stay at Penny Lane was great, there was room for everyone-9 in all- with room to spare. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed except for the groceries :-). I would just suggest that you have dishwasher detergent for your house guests. The alarm going out to the pool is a little annoying because it goes off every time you come back into the house. But all in all it was a great place to stay for five days in Florida with 5 kids! Would definitely stay there again.

  Owner response: Dishwasher tablets are normally provided they must have missed it this time sorry. You can unplug the alarm if you dont need it but if you have young children or anyone who does not swim we prefer that you leave it plugged in as it is your responsibility if something happens.   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property during our first visit to Disney World. The resort location is sufficiently close to the parks to allow a quick trip each morning and evening, but also sufficiently removed from the busy activity to allow a visitor to sit back and breathe at the end of a fun-filled day. The resort is not far from a SuperTarget (yes, containing a Starbucks), so shopping for group dinners and miscellaneous items was easy and economical. The house is clean, tastefully decorated, stocked with amenities, and spacious. Everyone was able to gather comfortably for dinner, but also isolate themselves somewhat when needed. Our group of 12 people included 6 children ranging in age from 1 to 17. The older kids were able to find space away from everyone for video games, reading, and television, and the younger kids were able to play and move about freely, or nap quietly. Bringing the toddler, our primary concern was the safety of the pool, and although one must always remain cautious, the excellent safety measures available (LOUD alarm for sliding door, safety fence on pool deck) allayed our concerns. We found every utensil, pan, storage container, dish, and cup that we needed. The laundry room was very useful. We saved a lot of time and money by preparing many meals and snacks here, but when we didn't feel like cooking, child-friendly restaurants (Outback, e.g.) were nearby. We liked being able to be self-sufficient, rather than depending on a hotel's availability of such things as linens or expensive snacks at various times of day or night. The resort surroundings of this house were beautiful, and we enjoyed jogs and walks. We stayed during a particularly busy week at the parks, so the house was a great respite for all of us! I think that we most appreciated the homeowner's excellent communication, consistently providing answers to any of our questions before our arrival. It was apparent to us that she sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay, and we did! We highly recommend this property for your visit to this area!

  We rented Penny Lane for our 8-day family reunion. We are so glad that we chose this house. Everything was perfect, we had no problem whatsoever throughout our stay. We found the house perfectly clean and tidy. All equipment and amenities worked well. Kitchen had every appliance needed. Rooms and bathrooms are great, the beds are comfortable, there are plenty towels and sheets. The swimming pool was clean. Penny Lane will definitively be our first choice when we are to travel again to Orlando.

  This was the perfect thing for our Disney vacation. We had never rented a house for a vacation before, but I am now convinced that this is the way to go with young children. The house was beautiful, spacious, and inviting. We felt right at home instantly. The kids loved the Mickey and Minney bedroom as well as being able to sqeeze in some private pool time prior to heading off to a day at the parks. The resort offers a shuttle service, but we enjoyed the flexibility of taking our car. (Literally only a 10 min drive from all the parks no matter what time of day!) I would highly recommend this to all my family and friends! I know it will be a part of our next Disney trip. Thanks again!!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We stayed for 4 nights with friends from Australia - total of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The house was perfect - the only comment would be that it's location is not exactly "in the center of things", even though it really was quite close to Animal Kingdom. The furnishings are top class and the home was very comfortable with ample room for everyone. The internet access was excellent, but we had problems with the TV's - one in every room, but some didn't work or changed channels so slowly that you would think they weren't working. We were there in winter, so didn't use the pool. We cooked xmas dinner in the kitchen and ate it at the formal dining room (instead of the eat-in kitchen dining table). We should have taken some xmas decorations with us, to make it feel more "xmas-y" ! All in all, we would recommend this home to anyone wanting room to stretch out - it's a 100% improvement on a hotel room.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

  Owner response: Thank you for your review. The tv's are now all working properly, the problem was due to a resort change over to a new company, we now have 120 channels on every TV. We are very central to all Disney resorts but are a 25 minute drive from Universal studios, so it depends on what you want to see.
