Located on Scenic Highway 30A, about five miles west of quaint and popular Seaside, this one bedroom second floor condo provides you with a great view of the ocean and sugar white sandy beaches. Perfect for a romantic beach retreat or family vacation. There are bunk beds in the hallway which are great for children if needed and the sofa pulls out into a sleeper.
Recently decorated (fall 08), you will find that our unit is beautiful and very relaxing. It is fully equipped with all that you may need, this well appointed, comfortably decorated condo is located in the popular Gulf Place Community. Visitors enjoy the convenience of on-site restaurants, pharmacy, cool shops, and an outdoor amphitheater with seasonal music, movie offerings, featured artists and free community events & festivals. There are also three pools and outdoor hot tubs, tennis & bike rentals on-site, fine dining and golfing nearby.
Only 7 miles east of Destin's great restaurants and shopping....yet a step back from all the hustle & bustle of the traffic, high-rises and crowded beaches. You will be approx. 75 yards from Santa Rosa's beautiful white sandy beaches. You can also enjoy the community feel by taking a walk or renting a bike and riding down the 18 mile stretch of bike path that is populated with numerous State Parks, Nature Trails & Coastal Dune Lakes all along the Scenic 30A corridor.

Why the Owner Chose Gulf Place Cabanas
We loved the area, 30-A was off the beaten path of traffic. You can walk across the street to the beach and when you are in the condominium you have a great view. It is very relaxing and quite.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Location! Location! Location! You can ride a bike down 30-A, on the walking/biking trail, until your legs won't ride anymore. There is always a place to stop to shop or get a beverage. We have bike rentals on the property, two Publix stores within 5 miles both on 98, convenient to Seaside, Watercolors and Seagrove. Plenty of places to go eat, if you like golf, we have the Santa Rosa Beach Club and golf course, all right down the street. Perfect!
