  This home is spectacular. Great views of the ocean. It have everything needed for a perfect fall weekend. Extremely comfortable beds. Updated appliances and furniture. TV's were great for watching football. 2 golf carts were extremely nice also with 2 families. Highly recommend.

  Return trip back to Dune Eden...8 adults with 17 mo old in tow this time. We simply had an awesome time- no regrets in returning to same rental. There are many choices on this island with where to stay...as much as we were inclined to try something new, nothing else seemed to measure up. This house is spacious and well arranged for entertaining- either for a group coming together in one space or seperate areas for some quiet time. Fantastic serene views. We had a minor incident, but it was cared for by the very responsive property manager within an hour- thank you M.B.!

  Just returned from a wonderful week! This place is amazing. It accomodated our large and diverse group that included an infant, a preschooler, teens, and adults. You could not have asked for a more perfect space. There was something for everyone. They did not miss a detail. We felt right at home and would definately go back. I especially enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and beach accessories. Wish I were there now! If you've never been to the island, it's a must see. If you are looking for a large luxury space........Dune Eden is it!

  We spent the last week of September at Dune Eden; parents, young adult children and friends. The house was in a perfect location. The furnishings were comfortable and elegant with plenty of space for privacy or together time. The kitchen was well outfitted. The one small glitch was immediately addressed by the owner/agent. Highly recommended!!

  Just finished a week at Dune Eden. Hated to leave -loved it!! Wonderful and beautifully furnished family house, great beach views, easy beach access, lovely amenities and spotless from top to bottom. A few minor glitches to start the week, but owner/agent was on the island and immediately responsive. Any complaint we had was immediately resolved. This is our 12th year visiting Bald Head and the first time we've stayed at Dune Eden. Definitely plan on going back to this house and highly, highly recommend it to anyone contemplating a Bald Head Island vacation.

  We just returned today from a terrific week at Dune Eden. Our group consisted of a teenager, boys in their 20's, a newlywed couple, couple in their fifty's and their parents. It was perfect for everyone. The rooms are graciously spacious and beautifully decorated and the master baths were fabulous. The elevator was perfect for loading and unloading to all three floors and came in handy for weary bike riders and our older parents. The crofter was perfect for a little privacy from the big group. The large round table was perfect for family meals and the view from the gathering rooms and bedrooms cannot be beat. We have stayed on Bald Head several times and we felt this was the perfect location on the island. It was a reasonable distance from everything you need. We could be at the marina in 7 minutes by cart, the Shoals Club in four minutes and the store in five minutes. It was amazingly stocked with everything you could need. Lots of beach chairs, toys, fishing equipment, fridge on every floor, plenty of dishes of every type and even Pampered Chef tools for the particular chef. It is one of the most beautiful, well appointed and spacious homes on the Island and was a true home away from home. It was clean, well maintained and the local manager was very helpful. The Island has a well stocked friendly grocery, great ice cream shoppe, plenty of outdoor sport rental shops, gift and clothing shops that have classic and trendy options. The Shoals Club is beautifully situated on the ocean and has great amenities. It has a lovely formal dining restaurant serving the most delicious filet you have ever tasted. We have always been very pleased with our service and food. All in all the perfect beach vacation for the traveler that enjoys chilling with their family or friends and looks forward to long walks, reading on the porch, kayaking, sailing, wildlife, friendly neighbors, relaxing spa, beautiful landscape, perfect beaches. We are ready for next year!

  Our family rented this home for a week this spring and we could not have been more pleased. The home is well situated, beautifully decorated and well maintained. It is almost too nice to be a rental property, it feels more like you have been invited to stay in someone's private home. In addition, the owner's representative lives on the island and could not have been more helpful. This was a real bonus since it was our first trip to Bald Head Island. We highly recommend this property and would certainly stay there again.

  Dune Eden is the perfect beach rental. The house is spacious, comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular ocean view. While there, we were well taken care of by the managing agent who is available at all times for any assistance you might need. All of us did not want to leave and plan to come back!

  We had a most memorable 1st annual family reunion at "Dune Eden". The home and location were beyond our expectations. No ameneties spared. Designer appointed home with plenty of space for 9 adults; including handicap access via elevator. The views are simply awesome to be taken in on the multi-deck house. WE WILL be back next year.

  Without a doubt the most beautiful house we've ever stayed at on Bald Head. We had children ranging in age from eighteen to four and they unanimously preferred our stay to Disney World. The house is exquisite, the beach was outstanding, and the club is the finest. We plan to return as soon as possible and will recommend this house to everyone that we know.
