Why the Owner Chose Montage
My Dad and I bought this place for our personal use. Ron, my Dad, is of retirement age and plans on spending some time in Arizona to avoid the cold Canadian winter. I personally am a huge hockey fan and try to catch as many Phoenix Coyote games as I can. NFL is also a passion and the Cardinals are a must see. Golf is also my game and this place is basically golf heaven. Play the TPC!

This was my first year of spending an entire month in the Phoenix area and I was apprehensive. The condo was well appointed, well laid out, and well located in the area. I had a brief visit from sister and hubby and they loved it too. Brad was on the job when I had any question, concern, or suggestion. Over the top, in my book. He did an excellent job of furnishing the place--I didn't spend any time saying "I wish he'd done this... or that." Highly recommend.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Condo is clean, spacious and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and the 101 Loop. Stayed a month and enjoyed the pool, fitness center and computer center. Condo was well equipped and site photos are a good indication of the facility. Was the perfect size for us, 2 people and 2 guests for 10 days. The gated community is secure and everyone was very friendly. Would stay here again.

we rented the condo for month and we were very happy to be there. It was very clean,all the furniture were nice and new, very good beds, we had enough room for 4 adolts and 1 child.The owner gave us the feeling that we were welcome and were very very nice! the pool and hot tube,excellent!! thanks again that we could stay in your nice condo.
