Our home is a four bedroom two bathroom executive Villa which is fully air-conditioned, spacious and comfortable, it is furnished to a high standard in the Floridian Style, we have our own large private heatable Pool and Hot-tub/Spa a games room with American pool, Air-hockey and Foosball tables.
Our lounge or family room is spacious and comfortable with three sofas an entertainment unit, book case to do book swops.
The dining area has a large glass dining table with six chairs extra seating in the breakfast nook.
In the kitchen we have all your culinary requirements, to include a coffee maker, Food blender, Kettle and crockery for ten guests, a high chair is also available
The utility room has a washer, Dryer, Iron and Board.
Our garage has been turned into the games room.
In the master bedroom we have a queen size bed with matching furniture and full size crib/cot, cable TV , Telephone and an alarm clock , this room looks out onto the Lanai , the en-suite has a walk-in shower a large corner bath and walk-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with matching furniture a built in wardrobe , cable TV and an alarm clock , this room looks onto the Pool area.
Our third bedroom has twin single beds , a built in wardrobe , cable TV and an alarm clock , this room looks to the side of our home.
The fourth bedroom is for the children with a triple bunk bed cable TV , built in wardrobe an alarm clock , some toys available.
To the rear of our home we have our large heatable screened South facing pool and Hot-tub/spa with ample tables and chairs, sunloungers to soak up the sun.

This villa was every thing we dreamed about our second honey moon, the discription was so real that when we arrived we felt that we had been here before. The decor of all the rooms gave the villa a place where we knew we could look forward to a wonderfull vacation. The heated pool and hot tub was just what was needed to warm up our cold canadian bodies.The location makes it easy to drive to the attractions or the great shopping plazas. The owners were nice to us ,furnishing clear and precise information by e-mail and followed up with a phone prior to our departure in canada and on the evening of our arival call the villa to ensure all was well.I do not hesitate in recomending this villa for a vacation to anyone who enjoys living in a lovely home with all the conforts of luxury. Sincerly Claudette and GuyRecommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
