This is for the 1st floor 3 bedrooms, 2 bath apartment. This is the owners apartment in the off season. We are moving to the 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment to make the owner's apartment available to guests for the summer. The 1st floor has a view of the boardwalk from the front porch. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk beds (full bottom/twin top) and 2 queen size futons and 1 futon chair.
Walk down the front steps and turn right, pass the small 2 story motel on the corner, cross ocean drive and you are at the beach. This is a short 75 foot walk.
There is wall to wall Berber carpeting throughout. The full baths have tiled floors, bath rugs, toilet paper, a sink, mirror, space saver, broom, mop and trash can. 1 off street parking spaces comes with the apartment. There is a full size kitchens with this rental. The kitchen comes with 1 toaster, microwave, coffee pot dining room table, chairs, dishes, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, silverware, George foreman grill, oven/stove with 4 burners, full size refrigeratos, over the range microwave, paper towels, trash bags, iron and ironing board, vacuum, and trash cans. There is a large living room with the rental. There is 2 queen size futons, atwin size futon chair, a coffee table, end tables with lamps, there are 2, 42' panasonic projection TVs with comcast cable. There are 2 DVD/VHS players.
Rooms are air conditioned and every room has a ceiling fan with a light. There is a front porch with chairs, There is an outside shower, The owner has older DVDs and VCRs and beach chairs available to guests pending availability. There is a refundable security deposit of $300 to hold this apartment.

My husband and I stayed at this rental property for the first time in late June and couldn't be happier with our investment. The owner was friendly, welcoming, and very amenable to our requests, including bringing our dog. The property location was ideal, a half block from the boardwalk, and near the south end of Wildwood, near Wildwood Crest. The space was very clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils we needed to cook several meals in. The bedrooms were roomy and although the pillows and mattresses had crunchy plastic covering, which I understand is necessary for sanitary reasons, the rooms were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the showers, including one outdoor shower for washing off sand, were perfect. The rental was by far nicer and more comfortable than the motel options in the surrounding area. We will definitely be back next year!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Had a wonderful time...Great amenities for a great price. Walk to boardwalk and beach. Visited cape may zoo. Couldn't ask for a better place! Will be returning in July 2012!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I bought the Reef apartments in 1998. I took half of the rents and renovated each of the apartments for the first 5 years. Then there was a catastrophic event. The 3rd floor water feed to the claw foot tub pulled away in February. The 1st and 2nd floors were totaled. Yep they were stripped down to the studs. After that I lived on the 3rd floor and fixing the house up a little at a time. The renovations were finally completed in May of 2010 and I was able to rent the 1st and 2nd floors again. The Reef Apartments have a long tradition in Wildwood and I can tell you that they were built to last. Come stay with me and I'll show you the pictures of the renovation process.
Why the Owner Chose Wildwood:
I always wanted to live at the beach and I love fixer uppers. When I had a chance I bought the Reef apartments. The house is located just south of the new convention center and right next to Wildwood Crest. It's in the perfect area for me. On the corner of Leaming and Ocean is the Wild Ocean Surf Shop and a Surf Bike Rentals. My neighbors are great people. A beach house is a lot of work, but I wouldn't live any place else. DID I TELL YOU THAT WILDWOOD WAS VOTED BEST NEW JERSEY BEACH IN 2010 and 2011!!! That's why I'm here and why you should visit.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
There are all kinds of things to do in the Wildwood area. One of my favorite things is riding my bike on the boardwalk first thing in the morning. The food is great with Little Italy and the Ravioli House within walking distance. The apartments all have kitchens, so cooking in is always an option for people on a budget. Morey's Piers is the main attraction in town, but anywhere on the BEACH is the place to be in the Summer. The convention center has been a great addition, with concerts and shows throughout the year. Tou can always go to the Cape May Zoo, Golfing, and Wine testing. Take a day and go whale and dolphin watching. Are there any shoppers out there. If you are go on the Ferry to Lewes Delaware where there are no state taxes and visit the outlets. There are so many things to do, I can't do the area justice. This year
(2012) they have added horse riding on the beach. Ask me when you get here about what do do or where to eat and I'll point you in the right direction for a fun filled vacation!!!
