The Master Suite is 500 SF with authentic venetian plaster walls, a gas burning fireplace, chaise lounge, hammered copper tray ceiling, 46' HD TV, his & her vanities, jacuzzi tub, his & her shower and his & her closet system. This suite is fully separated from the 3 guest rooms and has access to a private outdoor pergola with chaise lounge seating overlooking the grounds.
Queen Size Beds in all 3 Guest Bedrooms. Each room has 37' HDTV's and DVD players
Your friends and family will enjoy the outdoor park like setting with a large screened porch, deck with outdoor dining, pergola with chaise lounge seating, gardens, hammock, outdoor fire pit, large yard for games, picnics and events. A stream borders the property with abundant wild life. The property is also ideal for basketball, football, par 3 golf, soccer and other sporting events.
The media room is equipped with a 50' HD TV with surround sound, a blu-ray player, an Ipod docking station and wireless internet access. Additional speakers and volume controls are available in both the living room and outdoor screened porch. The living room is equipped with a wood burning fireplace, gas starter and firewood. A large sectional sofa in the media room is available for guests to sleep on and an air mattress is available upon request.
The kitchen is equipped with a state of the art gas range, pot filler, warming drawer, microwave, 2 dishwashers, island with bar seating and fully stocked with kitchen amenities for a chef. The adjoining lounge is equipped with wine and cocktail settings.

We were in Franklin for a family wedding and did not want to "hotel" it for our stay. This villa was perfect! Comfortable, with ample room to relax. We felt like we were home. Great location too with it being close to everything including golf, shopping, downtown, and Nashville too. Bill, thanks for making our stay enjoyable. If we're down that way again, we would definitely want to stay at Villa Toscana again!

This was an absolutely beautiful and relaxing vacation retreat! My husband and I enjoyed celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary in Franklin in this lovely home, and I am already looking forward to going back next year! The backyard and porch we're especially relaxing and my only regret is that we wished we could have stayed a couple of extra days to really enjoy it! Bill was a very kind and thoughtful host and I would highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone planning a trip to Franklin.

My family and I stayed at the Villa for my wedding week in Franklin, TN. The wedding was not at the Villa, but we used the house as our home base. It was absolutely perfect. We relaxed, prepared for the wedding, and could not have picked a more beautiful home. The few out of town guests who saw the Villa are now interested in renting it! If you're looking for a place with all of the modern luxuries of a hotel - this place is for you!

My husband and I rented the house as a central meeting point for his family to visit with us on our vacation. We live in Boston area and don't get to see his TN family as often as we would like. We have three children: 11, 4 & 16 months. My mother-in-law traveled with us. We had overnight visits from aunts and uncles, cousins, great-grandmother, nieces & nephews, etc. The home is great for entertaining and and relaxing. We had lots of activities planned for the kids and opted out of most because the kids had a blast playing in the fields, the creek and watching the horses on the next property and the adults took full advantage of the other amenities like the fire pit, screened porch, decks, hammock, etc. In fact, we liked it so much we want to reserve it for a week again next year and do the same thing!

We four couples thoroughly enjoyed Keith Urban at the Grand Ole Opry. Puckett's in downtown Franklin was fun, too. But what we will always remember about our Nashville vacation is this gorgeous house and Bill's hospitality. The kitchen is to die for, the very large screened-in porch was so relaxing. The instruction notebook told us everything we needed to know. We couldn't believe how many towels were available, and flat-screened tvs everywhere. Truly lovely and very Tuscan. I can't recommend this highly enough.

This house was well equipped and located in a remote but accessible area. The Master bedroom was huge - the bathroom was amazing. The other three bedrooms were a great size and both of the other bathrooms were really very nice. But the common areas were the most spectacular. We had up to 12 people at various times over 2 days and we had room for everyone to sit and a great fire place to warm things when it got a little cold at night. There is an outdoor firepit and it was big enough for 8 of us to comfortably site and 4 more to stand around - the folks at this house had plenty of wood and kindling - really they thought of everything. there was a great kitchen and we were impressed at how modern things were and the quality of all the amenities. We only had 4 people staying here and 8 more attend for the meeting but with all the outdoor activities and the beautiful space, i am sure you could have added more with tents and things like that. We will be back.

Our group of 8 came from Texas and Oklahoma for a Nashville friend's 50th birthday. We arrived after dark and the house was lit up inside for us as well as the door unlocked (that was a plus). There was comfortable seating for everyone to be together, including when our local guests would come and go. The beds were comfy and the huge master bath jacuzzi tub and dual head shower were fought over. Weather was cold so we made good use of the fireplace. And we were able to cook right there. The location is great, just off of I-65, which makes heading to Nashville very easy. Some of our group explored the local area. Everyone was very pleased and I would highly recommend this house. My mother (92 yrs), my daughter (18 yrs) and I planned a trip to Nashville to see the Christmas lights at the Opryland Hotel and the Rocketts show. Originally we planned on staying at the Opryland Hotel....but after comparing prices I realized it was less expensive to stay at this lovely villa in Franklin than to get two rooms at the Hotel. Plus, we were able to include my brother and sister-in-law in the fourth bedroom. The villa was just beautiful and it provided us with everything we needed. The wonderful kitchen and open areas invited comfortable and enjoyable meals at the villa and discussions in front of the fireplace. We also discovered that the city of Franklin provided us with as much sightseeing and shopping as we wanted. In fact, we regretted scheduling some of the activities in Nashville as we found it much more enjoyable to stay at the villa. Our villa host, Bill, was very informative and available to assist at all times. Since the drive to Opryland, etc. is a bit long, I suggest that you plan your Nashville activities in as few a trips as possible and discover the wonderful city of Franklin. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone wanting an enjoyable retreat.

We had a trip planned with my mother (92 yrs), my daughter (18 years) and myself, somewhere in the middle. We specifically wanted to see the Opryland Hotel and the Rockettes for Christmas. Once I checked on the price of two rooms at the Opryland, I found that we could rent this wonderful villa in Franklin for less. Plus, we were able to invite my brother & sister-in-law to join us. The villa is fabulous and we did not lack for anything. Now, we feel that we could have spent much less time in Nashville and more time in Franklin. We loved historic downtown Franklin and had wonderful tours of the Lotz and Carter Houses. I would love to return in the Spring or Fall so I could enjoy the outdoor amenities more. Can't say enough wonderful things about the villa and our gracious host, Bill.

We chose to stay at Villa Toscana to celebrate a family member's milestone birthday. Five adults and four children stayed in the home with a few additional relatives stopping in during our stay. Villa Toscana definitely added to our very special family time together. The home is spacious with many separated gathering spots to share each others company. The home is warm and inviting with a fabulous kitchen for cooking. The beds are all snug and comfy, and the furniture throughout is refined with some interesting pieces here and there. The grounds are peaceful and perfect for outdoor games, strolling, and relaxing. A lovely creek runs behind the property and a relaxing hammock swings between two sturdy trees. The fire pit area guaranteed us memories for a lifetime. The location of Villa Toscana is excellent with easy interstate access and close proximity to shopping. We can't imagine a more ideal setting or a more relaxing vacation retreat!
