Villa Toscana is a beautiful 4 Bedroom country home secluded on 11 acres appointed with Italian furnishings and decor reminiscent of Italian Villas scattered throughout Tuscany. The Master Suite is 500 SF with authentic venetian plaster walls, a gas burning fireplace, chaise lounge, hammered copper tray ceiling, 46' HD TV, his & her vanities, jacuzzi tub, his & her shower and his & her closet system. This suite is fully separated from the 3 guest rooms and has access to a private outdoor pergola with chaise lounge seating overlooking the grounds.
Queen Size Beds in all 3 Guest Bedrooms. Each room has 37' HDTV's and DVD players
Your friends and family will enjoy the outdoor park like setting with a large screened porch, deck with outdoor dining, pergola with chaise lounge seating, gardens, hammock, outdoor fire pit, large yard for games, picnics and events. A stream borders the property with abundant wild life. The property is also ideal for basketball, football, par 3 golf, soccer and other sporting events.
The media room is equipped with a 50' HD TV with surround sound, a blu-ray player, an Ipod docking station and wireless internet access. Additional speakers and volume controls are available in both the living room and outdoor screened porch. The living room is equipped with a wood burning fireplace, gas starter and firewood. A large sectional sofa in the media room is available for guests to sleep on and an air mattress is available upon request.
The kitchen is equipped with a state of the art gas range, pot filler, warming drawer, microwave, 2 dishwashers, island with bar seating and fully stocked with kitchen amenities for a chef. The adjoining lounge is equipped with wine and cocktail settings.

We stay at the Villa for a cycling trip and had a great time. The area was perfect for biking, and the house was very comfortable. The large kitchen in particular was great for us since we made a ton of food for the long rides.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My family and I recently stayed here before my destination wedding in Franklin. This is a beautiful home that allowed my family and I to spend quality time together before my wedding day. It's a very accomodating and lovely place to stay. I would definitely stay here again and I give it my highest recommendation if you're looking for someplace to stay while visiting Franklin, TN.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Villa Toscana is such an amazing house. We were very lucky to find this house to stay in while we were house hunting in the Nashville area. The location was ideal. The property was insanely gorgeous. The living space was extremely comfortable and beautiful. The owners were very friendly and helpful. And it had plenty of activities for the kids to do. The house is just gorgeous! The pics don't do it justice at ll. So many extra touches and the beds were amazingingly comfortable. There is plenty of room to spread out. I hired a spa company to come in and do massages for my staff and that was fantastic. It was nice not to have to spend a full day at a spa waiting for them to be able to get to all of us. I also hired a yoga instructor to come to the house on Saturday morning and teach a group class. It was fantastic to have the room space to do that. I highly recommend this property and plan to take my family there in the future. The owner was very accomodating and helpful. We did a family vacation here with 4 adult couples, and we appreciated the Chrismas decorations. It was a great place for family dinners, including extended family guests. The Master Bedroom was large and exceptional, and very private from the rest of the house. The home was in great shape, although we did have one plumbing issue which was quickly addressed by the owner. The entertainment areas were extensive, with three adjoining sitting areas and one big eating area for 8, all attached to a splendid open kitchen with several bar stools. We did convert one of the sitting areas to another eating area one evening in order to accommodate a dinner party for 15. (We used the picnic table from the porch.) One night we enjoyed a large fire in the fireplace, and several nights we used the grill on the back portch. The number and size of TVs in the house was great, and with a lot of New Years football on, we really enjoyed the TVs. The kitchen was well supplied for 8 people, but we did have to go with plastic ware and paper plates when the numbers for meal time got larger. The ladies would also recommend a visit to the Viking Cooking School in Franklin. Overall it was a great vaction spot, and one we highly recommend.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Though this property is close and convenient to Interstate, home and grounds feel very private. Excellent accomodations for large family or group gathering. Plenty of places to gather in multiple living areas including outstanding screened porch and great deck on the back of the home. Richly decorated and furnished house felt like home. Great place for outdoor games including soccer, football, and a great half-court basketball area.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Spent a wonderful "Girls Week" visiting the Franklin/Nashville area and hated to leave our piece of paradise....but it was a warm and cozy place to return and relax from busy days.....perfect for our group of seven. We loved your home! We felt welcomed the moment we pulled into your property! What a beautiful place to call home and we appreciate all the "extras" that we don't normally see in other homes we have rented on vacation. Franklin is a gorgeous place to visit. We loved visiting the downtown area and enjoyed the Walking Tours through historic Franklin. Puckett's became a quick favorite restaurant for us. Of course, we had to hit the Nashville strip - Broadway, shopped, ate and shopped some more and then caught a great concert. We would come back in a heart beat! Before we even got to our home, we were sharing your pictures with friends and family and now that we have returned, we can't stop talking about it! The pictures were gorgeous and the house was even better than that! Thank you so much for making our first trip to Nashville/Franklin a memorable one!
