  Had a wonderful family vacation with my wife and 2 children. Apartment was so clean and spacious! Golden Sands had so much to offer you did not have to go anywhere. We would not hesitate to return in the future.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

  We have stayed here twice now and can't wait to go back! Enough room for family of 5 kitchen well stocked with things you need to prepare meals.(dishes and utensils) even has shopping under building! Beach is hard to walk on not anyones fault just the type of sand it is, but is very clean!

  Kathy & Nick were a pleasure to work with and the condo unit was better than expected. The beds are comfortable, the entire unit is extremely clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The pictures really don't do it justice. With a 3 year old it was nice to have a "glass bottom" balcony he couldn't climb on. First time ever I wasn't worried about having a toddler on a balcony. The entire Golden Sands resort is well worth it. Every facility is extremely clean and workers work around the clock to maintain it. The entertainment on deck was an added bonus. Where else do you get a live band and DJ for free on vacation? There was even wine tasting one night. If you have children this is the place to stay. The shops are just wonderful and the prices are reasonable. There is a wonderful mini mart in case you forget something, so convienent! The layout of the condo provides each bedroom it's own privacy, you don't have to leave the resort, perfect for kids and the views are amazing. I can't imagine staying anywhere else now. Thank you for a great vacation!

  This is the 2nd year in a row for our family of 4 and we greatly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was so nice to walk into a very clean, spacious and comfortable home after travelling, or being on the beach. We thouroughly enjoyed the convenience of having indoor/outdoor pools, tiki bar and the beach all right there. The owner has been tremendous to work with and very responsive. The pictures on the website are accurate.

  We had an amazing family vacation this year and stayed at this condo for two weeks. The unit is clean, spacious and has a spectacular view of the ocean. The owners of this unit are such amazing people to deal with. We can only come back to Unit 2006 when we return to Ocean City!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

  We had an amazing family vacation this summer in OC. We were given the opportunity to rent this wonderful direct ocean front condo the week of July 4th. The Golden Sands is a fabulous place to stay with children. The onsite amenities are great...the deck bar and grill, the arcade, the ice cream parlor, great kiddie pool, Mini-grocery store., etc. Thank you to the condo owners (Nick & Kathy) for such a clean and well maintained unit! We loved the glass enclosed balcony, especially with our little ones. Being on the 20th floor was perfect...we could see everything but still enjoy the sounds from the beach without the interference from everyone below. It felt like a home away from home...We will see you again next year!
