One of a very few rentals at Pier 81 on Beautiful Marco Island. Pier 81 is directly on Marco Bay, an inlet to the Gulf , with stunning views of the bay, marina and the Jolly bridge (the main access bridge to Marco). Pier 81 is a gated condominium community with two 11 story buildings. There is secured covered parking under each building with a designated, reserved spot for each unit. Two high speed elevators take you up to our 5th floor unit to a semi private foyer shared by only one other unit.
Inside, our condominium is elegantly appointed throughout with 10 foot ceilings and tile floors. There is new carpeting in the three bedrooms for comfort and quiet. The master bedroom boasts a king bed with Tommy Bahama bed clothes and linens and has a sweeping view of the bay through floor to ceiling sliders. The master bath is all tile and granite with a huge walk-in closet, a glassed-in stand-up shower, separate jetted tub and water closet. The second bedroom also contains a king bed with Tommy Bahama linens with it's own private lanai overlooking the island.
We have very recently added a new 65' wide screen HD 1080p DLP TV, a Blue Ray DVD player and a state of the art surround sound box system all housed in a gorgeous Italian style entertainment center for your viewing pleasure.
A new Jen Air oiled bronze refrigerator is the center piece of our fully equipped gourmet kitchen with wall oven and microwave, cook-top and of course all the accessories. Ceiling fans throughout, plenty of comfortable patio furniture and a formal dining area are just a few more of the amenities to be found in our Pier 81 condo.
We have taken great pride in making our vacation home a pleasure to spend time in and we want you to enjoy it just as much as we have.

My husband and I have stayed at Pier 81 now for a couple of years through different seasons - luxury accomodation along with stunning views - the relaxed area of Marco Island very enjoyable something you could never get board of - Great restaurants - friendly local bars within walking distance to the condo along with the added facilities offered including the gym and wonderful open air pool - an experience we will definately be telling our friends and family about - Last year we stayed over the christmas and New Year what a fabulous time to be in such a bueatiful place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
