  We stayed at this condo for 4 days in August 2012. There was plenty of room for me, my husband and our 2 kids (ages 12 & 9). Literally within walking distance to the pool, which was the main criteria for the kids. Very clean, well kept and we had everything we needed while staying there. It was our first trip to Branson, and we had a blast, there are so many things to do and see! . Lisa was very easy to communicate with and she made renting the condo very easy. We had never rented a condo in the past, but will from now on. Thanks Lisa!

  We had the most amazing stay at this condo. As it was the first time I rented a condo through VRBO, I was very nervous but Lisa was amazing. She communicates very effectively and makes sure you have everything that you will need. The condo suited our needs perfectly. The two bedrooms provided privacy for everyone and the two bathrooms made getting ready much less hectic. My daughter loved it so much that she said she never wanted to come home and my husband is already planning our trip back next year. He says that we won't stay anywhere else as long as we can get this condo. Thanks Lisa for a great trip!

  Great condo and even better location!! One of the nicer rental units in Pointe Royale and right in the middle of fishing, golf, and swimming. Lisa was great to work with and everything was exactly as described. Will definitely plan on renting again next summer.

  Lisa was so great to work with. This condo is everything it says it is on this site. When we arrived, the housekeeper was in the middle of cleaning. Because she was delayed, Lisa has agreed to refund the cleaning fee. How nice of her!!! The condo is spacious with a nice deck. The pool is literally a minute walk which we thoroughly enjoyed. Will stay here again next summer.

  WOW--this was a great place for a girls weekend. It was clean, decorated beautifully, and close to everything we wanted. The pool there was awesome!! We're going to make this an annual trip.

  This property has been well maintained and has all of the amenities that my family needed. Our family size was 4 and each bedroom was perfect and had its own restroom. The unit was gorgeous! The condo community had a wonderful heated pool as well as an outdoor pool (which likely opens in the Spring). The owner is very easy to work with and communicates effectively. Not only do you have all the items needed for cooking but also a washer/dryer which literally will spoil a multitasking parent - like myself. This condo is not lakefront but had a nice view of a pond and the community. An added bonus is it is literally walking distance from the swimming pool. I would certainly recommend this condo as it is much better than a hotel!!! Very close to Take Rock Lake (one direction) and the attractions are close driving distance, the other way to keep you away from all the traffic.

  Thank you very much for providing a wonderful place for my family and I to have a short spring break vacation. Everything was as great as it seemed on the vrbo website (which was a relief!) We can't wait to come back this summer.

  We loved our stay here and have really appreciated the accomodations! We enjoyed catching fish and cooking them on the grill. The kids loved that the pool and tennis courts were so close. Tim was delighted to play golf. We took advantage of Francisco's on the Green at the clubhouse and enjoyed the free delivery and their great food. A highlight was hiking in the wilderness area.   Thank you for letting us use your condo! We had a great time on our vacation. We loved how close to the pool we were. It was very nice with 3 kids and hot weather! We thought this condo was great and we loved being able to cook and do laundry! We WILL stay here again.
