Excellent slope side condo. Perfect for a gathering of friends for an annual ski focused trip. Short walk to the end of a parking lot to lift access; can ski back even closer. Perfect little kitchen and eating area as we cook most meals. Hot tub down the hall and outside. Good parking, and you can temporarily park outside above the entrance to unpack/pack and then move the vehicle out of the way. 6 guys were quite comfortable and will come back next year. We rent various places throughout Colorado ski country several times a year and this was by far the easiest arrangement. Thanks Jim! Crested Butte has the best collection of double diamond skiing which we attack every year. Old town is a short distance away with a bus shuttle. This is a perfect place for all kind of arrangements.

We had a wonderful week at Christmas staying in this condo. The owners have created a perfect "home away from home" and the condo was spacious, comfortable, modern and very well equipped for 2 families. Each bedroom has its own ensuite which is perfect for a bigger group, and also a TV with DVD. I think there were 6 TV's with DVD / Blueray players in the apartment - the kids loved it! The location is great - a short walk across a car park and a short ski down to the "west wall" lift. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment in the Paradise condominiums. Crested Butte is a fantastic, family friendly ski resort with a small western-town feel, and yet a huge variety of ski terrain, including an amazing amount of easily accessible "advanced" terrain. The scenery at CB is also simply breathtaking. Thank you JW and family for sharing this and letting us stay. We will be back!!

Jim, Thank you so much for renting us your condo. It was just perfect for our group. We had couples and singles so the 4 bedroom / 4bathroom configuration worked out great. Plenty of space to spread out. We never felt crowded. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. It was our first time renting a true ski in ski out and we are now hooked! After a day of skiing, it was so nice to come home to a hot tub and sauna. Neither of which were ever crowded. We have rented several times through VRBO and you have been the nicest most helpful person we have ever rented from. Thanks again.

This is a wonderful four bedroom four bath condo. It has a great floor plan with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs, each with a private bath. WOW! We had 8 people in our group and we never felt crowded. The ski in/ ski out feature was very handy and we enjoyed the hot tub nightly. The condo was clean and all in all it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Our group really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was just like it was advertised. We especially liked the fact that each bedroom had a bath and that there was a separate space upstairs for visiting, watching tv, and using the computer. Also, a tv in each bedroom was nice. It was very convenient for ski in/out. We also enjoyed the hottub. We would certainly go back to this condo.

This is a wonderful spacious four bedroom condo that features a private bath for each bedroom. The 7 of us enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for us all. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The ski in/ ski out feature was very handy and we enjoyed the hot tub nightly. The owner is especially helpful in terms of things to do around town, places to rent equipment, and places to dine. Our group has travelled together for the last several years and our stay at this condo has been our best experience. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and we hope to stay here on our next trip to Crested Butte..

Our group had a great time in this condo. It easily handled 4 Adults and 5 kids. We especially liked the fact that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Access to the lifts is great, allowing us to easily come home for lunch and at the end of the day. We've been coming to Crested Butte for a number of years and this is the best place we've found. We'll be back.

The condo is warm, cozy and just right for all of us. So comfortable, we felt right at home. The easiest access to the lifts that we have had for years. Thank you for thinking of every little thing.

Great location; fabulous amenities and perfect for the eight of us. The floor plan is great for two families - adults and kids have their own privacy. Each bedroom has its own bathroom = HEAVEN.

Our two families stayed for 6 nights in this condo. It was great for the eight of us, plenty of room and bathrooms. Truly ski in-out as we would head out to the West Wall lift, ski home for a hot lunch and hit Crested Butte for dinner. Perfect accommodations for all of us. Lots of privacy with the floor plan, room to spread out, the kitchen was terrific for fixing meals and conducive to family time. No major negative points at all. Definitely would stay at this great place again.

Our group spent a week in Crested Butte skiing epic snow with great weather that was only made better by the accomidations we had to return to each night.The condo was perfect for our group of nine adults-plenty of room to move about but eight would be a better number as it would free up the loft T.V. and computer area. During our stay the owner called three times to make sure everything was up to his standards and answer any questions we had.No hassel walking to the lift- only a short walk accross the parking lot-step in and you are on your way.Our group is looking forward to staying here again.You cannot go wrong with this unit.

We really enjoyed the accomodations. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and allowed ample privacy ideal for large groups. The kitchen and eating areas were very efficient and conducive to family style eating. There was lots of room to spread out and ski storage in entryway made transitions to and from slopes convenient. We would love to stay there again.

The condo was great. A few little things that really added to our experience are listed below: 1. Each of the four bedrooms has its own private bathroom 2. Computer with internet and fax machine in the condo 3. Large TV in the Living area 4. Assortment of games and books 5. Close proximity to the slopes 6. Ample storage area All in all it was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo was great. Plenty of room to spread out in, and lots of TVs. The computer center was a nice touch, and the wireless network a plus. The dryer didn't work well, but is being replaced. Perfect place for large families.

Our family had a great stay at this condo. Access to the slopes was a short walk through an adjacent parking lot, and then you can ski down to the West Wall lift and head off for the day. It was also easy to come back in for a quick lunch. The beds were comfy, and the whole condo was nice. The dryer didn't work, but efforts were made quickly to try to fix it. It was okay, though, because things dry quickly in Colorado!

I highly recommend this condo for either a family or a group. This is one of the few Condos that lives up to expectations. It was completely furnished with all of the amenities that anyone could possibly expect in a rental. There is plenty of area to play cards or games, watch TV or read. The bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms provide complete privacy to allow you to rest and relax. You can ski in and out or use the local shuttle bus service to get to base area. If you enjoy skiing this is a great place.

Location, Location, Location. Plus a great Condo. The renovations really have made this place shine. I have rented off of Jim twice now and will be back again. The sunsets are spectacular on the deck.

Our family has made many trips to Crested Butte over the past 15 years but this was our first time to rent a condo. (Unfortunately our friends that had a beautiful, spacious home on the mountain have sold it.) We loved the condo, and it was perfect for our group of 10. Since all of the bedrooms have their own bathroom there was no waiting in the morning. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. Our family loved being able to ski right up to the condo parking lot. The view is great since the condo is an end unit, and we could see how many people were on the lifts. We would definitely rent this condo again.

We stayed Dec.17-22,2006 and loved it. Skiing in andout was so convenient. This was our kids 1st trip to Crested Butte and our 3rd. My son was sick,but could look out dining room window and watch us come down the slopes. I enjoyed watching the kids sled down the hill.The condo was wonderful and loved the separate bedroom/baths.Will definitely stay here again.

Our family loved this unit. Everything was great--tastefully decorated, fully furnished, very conveniently located to the lifts and the bus to downtown. Had no problems of any kind, and will definitely stay here again. The grandkids loved the loft. They played computer games, video games, etc. would recommend this unit.

Our family had a great stay at this condo over the holiday season in 2006. We had a group of eight and the unit was absolutely perfect. Each bedroom has its own bath and a separate entrance, basically making each one its own private suite. The family room was large enough to accomodate all of us when watching the bowl games or just relaxing after a long day on the mountain. We took turns with the cooking duties each night and found the kitchen to be very well equipped. The only drawback was the washer / dryer unit. They were way too small to accomodate the number of guests the unit will house. The owner did indicate they would be replacing them with larger units in summer 2007. This is our family's 8th year to get together for skiing but our first year in this condo. It was far and away the best yet!
