    Still trying to get over the trip that was too short. The Catherine St. house is just like going home now. This house is perfect. Enough space for 4 adults and two high schoolers to spread out and have private space, while inviting and spacious enough to be all together and never once feel we were cramped. Walk over to Sandy's around the corner for the Cuban coffee and you will wonder what you have been drinking all your life. After your first visit they will just pour your cup when you return. Perfectly located to just everything. Go out - stay in - but you will NOT want to leave. I hate to give such a good review. Would prefer to keep this dollhouse a secret. Thanks again Ron!!!!

    This is a fabulous holiday home which offers the best of home! The secluded property provides privacy, fabulous ammenities and a wonderful location. We appreciated this well maintained, immaculate property. The lush landscaping surounding the pool says swimsuits are optional. The electronics are tops and it has music throughout! The homes layout offers fantastic living space with the bedrooms, isolated from activities. We enjoyed the restaurants, ice cream options , groceries near by and the ease of proximity to clubs, dining, fishing and other activities. We are planning to book for two weeks shortly. Thank you Ron for the pleasure of introducing us to this home!

    My wife and I save up to go on one very nice vacation each year. As a result we are very selective in finding the best value for our dollar. The house on Catherine Street in Key West exceeded our expectations. With it's bright, airy, beautifully furnished rooms and outstanding heated and very private pool it is indeed a wonderful place to stay when vacationing in Key West. The house is within walking distance or a short bike ride to the many attractions of the island but private enough to relax and enjoy after a day of shopping and sightseeing. We would definitly recommend this property and have already made reservations for next year.

    This property is absolutely amazing!! We traveled to Key West with two other couples to celebrate our 50th birthdays!!! We fell in love with the house the minute we walked through the front door, it was perfect! Several people in our group are fantastic cooks and the kitchen was everything we had hoped for to prepare wonderful meals. We spent alot of time in the private pool and enjoyed our own music plugging in our iphones to the outdoor system. We had no problem getting around and rented bikes for the entire week. We also did our share of walking to town at night....taking a cab back home after a fun filled night downtown!!! :-) Key West is a great destination and we all loved the location and upscale ammenities this house offered... My friends and I would highly recommend this property and Ron was extremely easy and professional to work with! P.S. The outdoor shower was a bonus and enjoyed by everyone!!!

    The house is wonderful. The master bedroom is quite spacious with its own large bathroom. A second bedroom has french doors that open directly onto the pool deck. A third smaller bedroom with two twin beds is perfect for kids. The house is beautifully designed, with a large open living area, dining room and kitchen (also with french doors to the pool deck). High ceilings and lots of windows give the house a light and airy feel. The property is beautifully landscaped and very nicely furnished, with just about everything you'll need to feel right at home. And you just can't beat having your own private pool. The only problem is that you won't want to leave.

    From the time we walked in we were captivated by the Catherine St house in Key West! The decor is pleasing and the layout was perfect for our family of four adults and two teenagers. Convenient to shopping, food and goodies. The Key Lime pie around the corner is amazing! We plugged in our iPods to hear music throughout the house and pool deck - which we used constantly! Ron is great to work with and we have already booked for 2013.

    Really enjoyed our time at this Hemingway style cottage! From the moment we walked in the door we felt right at home. Large living and dining area, well-appointed kitchen and bedrooms and inviting pool area. We did not want to leave the house! Spent most of our days lounging at the pool listening to music on the outdoor speakers (great perk!). The cottage is near White Street with restaurants and grocery store and close enough to walk to Duval, beaches and other attractions. Only complaint is the size of the third bedroom with twin beds. This room really is a closet space and should be clearly presented on the website so that renters know what they are getting. Perfect room for children. Will definitely recommend this place to friends!

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

    WONDERFULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL AFTER LISTENING TO MY HUSBAND SECOND GUESSING ME ALL THE WAY DOWN THE ROAD, I STARTED SECOND GUESSING MYSELF. WHEN WE ARRIVED, I STOOD BEHIND AND LET EVERYONE ELSE WALK INTO HOUSE AHEAD OF ME. I WAS SO HAPPY TO SEE AND HEAR THE SQUEALS OF DELIGHT FROM EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY. THE HOUSE WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED AND BETTER. WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. PLENTY OF SPACE. GREAT LOCATION. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. PRIVATE. THANK YOU FOR A POOL BECAUSE IT WAS HOT AND AFTER WALKING AROUND EVERYDAY IT WAS VERY REFRESHING TO GET INTO. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN HERE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE CONSIDERING.     Six women from the West Coast looking for sunshine and warm weather stayed here for the first week in November. We found what we were looking for. The neighborhood was safe and convenient to grocery shopping, beeches and old town with it's shopping and restaurants. The house was cool and quiet, the pool inviting and between the cable HDTV and the internet access we stayed tuned into the rest of the world. Jimmy Buffet was in town and gave 2 free street concerts and the cigarette boats races were going on. Great having laundry facilities, dishwasher, and AC. For central location and amenities this place can't be beat.

    I visited Key West alot on business/pleasure over the past 15 years and of all the places I have stayed this would be my first choice. Whether you are coming with family/friends or business/clients this home is perfect. The beds are AMAZING, you wake up completely rested, not like many places I have stayed. Flat screen TVs in every room, living room has home theater, Ipod docking was a plus, they even have speakers by the pool. Kitchen was fully equiped. Parking for 4+ cars in Old Town is a bonus. We also enjoyed the bikes that were provided. This house has everything you could want!!! The beach, tennis, gym, shopping, dining and nightlife are just blocks away.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    Specifically the house we stayed in, we couldn't have asked for a better property to stay in. It had all the amenities you could ask for; cable HDTV, wireless internet, cold AC (of course..it's FL!), washer and dryer on site, pool with private patio, grill, etc. The house was recently rehabbed so it is in terrific condition. This is one of the nicest vacation homes I ever had the opportunity to stay in. Not only was the condition excellent, but where the property is located is a supreme location. It is near all you need; local authentic restaurants, food market, ice cream shops--which we frequented almost daily, bars and liquor stores. It is located 5 blocks to Duval St (the main drag), about a 10-15min walk or 5min bike ride. The property is located on a nice, quiet, residential street close to many beaches. It beat staying in a hotel with three kids where you are confined to a smaller space and might not have the freedoms of a kitchen to cook whatever you want (fish, shrimp...ya know..the local cuisine!) and wind up with a smelly room! Its absolutely fabulous, key west is full of activities, at first I was concerned that we would get bored but between the gorgeous beaches, the sops, the museums, and the nature tours. I highly recommend the guided night time kayak tour through the nearby back waters. Oh not to forget the fishing. I could go on and on.
