This charming red circa 1890 cottage on Sullivan's Island (known on the island as the 'Barn') has been lovingly restored into a cozy, elegant retreat. The 1,200 square foot home won the 2010 Charleston Home Magazine 'Before and After: Cottage Classic contest.'
The restoration includes a completely new front porch. The home is perfect for a single family, with a master bedroom and a bunk room which sleeps four. The home was carefully decorated, and every piece of furniture has been carefully selected for comfort and cottage charm.
The living area has a flat screen TV, DVD, games. There are sinks in each of the two bedrooms, an enclosed outdoor shower, a queen foldout sofa bed in the living room, beach chairs, and a gas grill.
It is a short walk to the beach access to the best part of the beach! It is also a short walk to the Sullivan's Island restaurants, spa, etc.
