Quiet, Comfortable Home in Lisbon Near the River for 6-7 Persons

  Victor was extremely helpful and accommodating.He stocked the pantry with a generous supply of fruit and basics including coffee,tea,wine,bread,milk and so on. As well,he went out of his way to guide us around Lisbon and area,answer our questions regarding restaurants,golf courses,trains and so on. In terms of the flat, it was in a great location with easy accessibility to the city centre as well as lots to do in Belem. Our biggest issue was the "well stocked" ktichen. Although it had a myriad of small appliances we would have loved to have had an oven.There was also no "hot tub;"just a shower. The living room was comfortable..tv lots of channels,internet great. Because it was below grade level, it lacked a view or balcony. All and all, our group of 6 had a positive experience.

  I just spent a week at this wonderful apartment with the most fantastic owner. The apartment is clean, well kept and well appointed. I was greeted with a welcome basket of fruit, wine, and various staples to make my first night's stay more comfortable. There are 3 generous bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom with shower, air conditioning in the apartment, computer, and I was totally made to feel at home! There is a cafe, market, and pharmacy within a couple of blocks to the apartment. There is a bus stop directly outside of the apartment and taxis available at the corner. I could not have asked for more! It was truly tremendous and I was so lucky to have found such a great apartment and helpful owner. My recommendation is extremely high! This is definitely an apartment that you would want to rent!!

  The apartment is very pleasant, and comfortable. The interior is nice and clean, and is fully possible to feel at home. The equipment is well considered, and the welcome package was a great surprise.The place is very quiet and the road is not busy. This area is also excellent for jogging. It is possible to reach the important sightseeing in short time by feet, bus or taxi. There is a supermarket with a good choice nearby. We can recommend this apartment with a good feeling.   Very good apartment clean,good air conditining and internet. Nothing missing. Fantastic wellcome basket specially the portuguese wine. My chieldren did enjoy the kids dvds and cds. The 28 bus as been very helpfull from the apartment to the center of Lisbon. Thanks Victor for the help from the airport and to show us the town with your portuguese way of watch. W' ll be back i hope.

  I visited Lisbon with my husband and two 19 year old children. We met there for Christmas holidays, my kids coming from Canada and my husband and myself came from Doha. Lisbon was about half way for both of us. The apartment was great and was as advertised. My kids each had their own room. The bus stopped outside the door and took us to most places, also connects with the subway and train station.The owner met us at the airport and then took us back to the airport on New Years Day at 0400. How wonderful! He took us on a day tour of Lisbon, to a great local fish restaurant and then showed my kids where they could go for nightlife. We travel a lot and I would have to rate this residence in the top 5%. The only thing missing was an oven. I did not really want to cook except we wanted to cook a big turkey dinner for Xmas. Instead the owner recommended a place where we could buy one already cooked. The grocery stores were within walking distance, the restaurants were good and cheap and there was a lot of choice. Also Victor inroduced us to green wine. It must be tried. We will return. Thanks Victor!

  Thank you Victor for the wonderful time and help you give me in Lisbon.The apartment is very good, clean and near by everything. It was very easy for parking and i almost didn´t use my car. Tank you for your wine, and i can´t forget that evening in the fado restaurant. Nothing was missing in your quiet flat. I hope to show one day my town, the same way you did with me and my friend. Maybe next year i´will come back after the week in Madeira.I can´t forget the Lisbon night-life you show me.Congratulations you have one of the best apartments where I did stay in my travelling.
