  We enjoyed our stay in Fairway Villas. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures, well furnished and located. It is comfortable for 6 adults. In our month's stay, the manager, Anthony, was very helpful. The only maintenance issue, a beeping smoke alarm, was fixed immediately, at no inconvenience to us. We will plan a return visit, and will recommend this property to others.

  This condo is immaculate, and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It is quiet, and has wonderful views of the golf course, Waikaloa Beach Course. We ate meals outside as often as we could and it was very nice. The air conditioner cooled down the home instantly and was very comfortable. Every single night, our family walked over to "A" beach in front of the Marriott and watched (and photographed) the sunsets which were amazing. The right side of the beach had a sleeping turtle or two almost every time we went. The morning that we spent going to the beach for swimming and snorkeling, was not too crowded. We enjoyed the snorkeling over at the right side of the beach, near the turtle area. One day we had a fabulous morning trip on the Sea Quest Snorkeling Tours boat. It took us to 2 of the best snorkeling places on the island and was so fun. We chose the 6 person boat, but there is also an 18 person boat. We also drove over a 4w drive road, and hiked in over lava to a secret beach which was the highlight of our trip. Makalawena Beach is the name and it is well worth it, hardly anyone there and white sands and green water. A great condo and Anthony the manager, was great to deal with!

  My family had a great time on the Big Island. Condo was great for us. Enough room for everyone. Anthony was helpful. Pool in the complex was great to relax at. I would recommend and return if I get back to the Big Island. Lisa from NJ

  We spent a wonderful Hawaii vacation here. The condo was comfortable, private, plenty of space for our family, quality furnishings,VERY clean, nice pool and gym, and what a GREAT location! We are now calling it our "Hawaii home away from home". We were able to walk to the beach and all the activities, shops and restaurants at the Waikoloa beach resort. An awesome value. We can't wait to visit again!
