We have been going to The Wharf for years. This is the first time that we stayed in this condo. It was another pleasant experience. The property was clean and everything was working properly at The Oasis. The condo has plenty of room and a wonderful balcony to watch the sunrise and the sunset. We had the pleasure of watching dolphins swim around the marina. Ginny Lane is a recommended place to eat. We enjoyed the food and the service there. The Arena is a fun place to visit and it is located at The Wharf. The employees there are just the best. I would recommend this condo to any person that would ask. This guy is a very nice person and will do whatever he can to make your vacation a joy!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

This condo is beautifully furnished and quite spacious, the photos are accurate but do not do it justice, the kitchen is well appointed and and the master suite luxurious. The living area and balcony are large and the view of the marina and canal is wonderful. Thanks to the upper floor, this unit feels very private but has the benefit of being just an elevator ride away from dining and other conveniences. The owner is accommodating and the rates resonable especially when compared with what hotels on the beach a short drive away charge during peak periods or events. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Beautifully appointed condo; however, resort was not as "family-friendly" as it would claim. Wave pool didn't work all week - several restaurants/shops were closed the entire week we were there during peak season. Wharf allows condo owners to apparently allow non-renters to utilize the pool. Therefore, there were large numbers of people at pool, taking up chairs and rafts but they were not even staying at Wharf. The pool area is not that great - there's really not even a place if you want to truly swim instead of wade around. Most chairs are badly broken. Wharf pool also DOES NOT allow outside food or drinks. I can understand this for the adults, as of course, they want you to purchase THEIR food/drinks. However, I have 3 small children under the age of 2. I tried to take bananas and PBJ sandwiches inside because that's all they can/will eat - Pool attendant literally threw them all away upon entry and was extremely rude about it. We left after about 30 minutes the first day because it was close to lunch and of course, they were hungry in no time and I had no food to give them. There was not any realistic "small children" food available at tiki hut - mainly hotdogs, burgers and chicken sandwiches that were overpriced and not that good. I have NEVER stayed anywhere where we couldn't take outside food or drinks to pool area. It might be ok if the rooms were right there and we could just walk up, but it is a mile tram ride back to the condos. By the time we get back up there with the kids, we weren't packing up to come back down. Have to say, this fact alone really ruined our trip as it made it extremely inconvenient for us to spend much time at pool during the day which is why we originally chose this resort. The pool looked fabulous online, but really, I would have to say, not that great. I would not recommend this resort nor stay here again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 9/13
