Location is Heritage Greens, Naples/North Naples, Florida, USA. Two miles east of I-75.
HERITAGE GREENS - a gated community in the heart of North Naples offering what today's family is looking for: a quality active lifestyle in a community offering security, amenities, near conveniences, and a country club atmosphere without membership or monthly fees! As a resident, you can get preferred tee times on Arrowhead Golf Course, the Gordon Lewis-designed 18-hole championship golf course. The clubhouse features a grill room, bar, heated pool, heated spa, fitness center, picnic area, tennis courts, and so much more. This friendly course has wide fairways and large greens, yet enough challenges to test the skills of the better golfers. An aqua range and clubhouse overlook the course.
Residents at Heritage Greens are offered preferred tee-times and full use of all the amenities at the clubhouse. These include dining, two lighted tennis courts, 60-foot lap pool, spa, children's playground, picnic area, and fitness center.
OUR SPACIOUS COACH HOME - Our first floor unit is very comfortable and impeccably maintained with continuous improvements and upgrades made every year. The large open floor plan flows very nicely between the living spaces and the bedrooms, offering a nice combination of privacy and openness. The master bedroom, lanai, and breakfast nook enjoy the most spectacular view overlooking the tenth fairway and lake of the Arrow Head golf course. A satellite pool is also conveniently located across the street from our coach home.
Master bedroom is designed with a king-size bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe and sliding door out to the lanai with view over the lake on the tenth fairway. The master bathroom has an en suite bathroom, large walk-in shower, two separate vanities and a soaking tub.
Guest bedroom has queen-size bed, TV and large wardrobe. The third bedroom is designed for either an extra bedroom or a den, equipped with a desk, bookcase, internet access, fax/copy/printer/scanner, a comfortable futon which opens to a full-size bed and a double-wide closet for extra storage.
Fully-equipped kitchen, sun-lit breakfast area, utility/laundry room, and one-car garage are also featured.
Plenty of cross breeze can be found in this unit with a front screen door, lanai screens, and ceiling fans. Also, a convenient electronic hurricane shutter is installed in the lanai to block out hard rains and provide extra privacy when needed. Please note that this is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.
