Fairway Cottage is located in the seaside community of Jamestown, This property is situated on the 9th hole of the Jamestown Golf Course. This charming and beautifully maintained home has 3 bedrooms and 1.50 baths, it sleeps 6 comfortably, with additional couches for guests. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a large spacious full bath with a claw foot soaking tub and separate shower. An open living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for entertaining. An additional sitting room off the kitchen has a gas stove and directly looks over the beautiful yard. Enjoy peaceful mornings and relaxing evenings on the back decks overlooking the Jamestown Golf Course. The pool is just steps from the back door and a hammock is perfect for a quiet summer nap. Just bring your suitcase... because this home has everything you need for a great vacation. This home has central AC and we also provide wireless hi-speed internet, and Hd TV. Downtown Jamestown and the harbor is just a short 5 minute walk from this centrally located property. Enjoy the day spending time visiting local shops and restaurants. Newport is just a quick drive over the scenic Newport Bridge.
Fairway Cottage is available for weekly, or weekend rentals. There is at least a 3 day minimum rental. Please see the calendar for current availability. Vacation homes in our area rent quickly during the high season; I recommend you finalize your reservation soon.
50% deposit due upon booking & contract signature. We take checks, cash or credit card/checking via PayPal. If you use PayPal, there is a 3% service charge added on. A damage deposit of $500.00 is required and will be returned within 7 days of check out.
No daily housekeeping provided. We do provide cleaning and laundry products. Once you are here, it's all yours. (lawn, garbage, and pool service is provided). Pillows, blankets, sheets, comforters & towels are supplied by owner. The cleaning fee is included, however if the property is not left in an acceptable condition an cleaning fee will be assessed. Remember, We are a NON-smoking property, but you may smoke outside and all cigarettes must be disposed of properly. If the interior of house smells of smoke, your damage deposit WILL be retained. If any question, feel free to call or email us.
* You are responsible for your friends, family, and children when using the pool. Also no drinking of alcohol in the pool, we are not responsible for any misconduct. No Pets on the property or in the pool.
