This is a two bedroom one bath apartment in the Pinebrook area of Park City. It's was recently renovated and a new complete kitchen was added. It has a large deck nestled in the trees with an unobstructed view of the Uinta and Watsatch mountains and the valley below. This place is available for a long or short term lease and will be rented nightly when not leased. The lease rate is $2000/month and nightly is $175/night with a 5 night minimum. If leased monthly the price includes all utilities, Dish TV, and wi-fi internet service. It can be leased furnished or unfurnished.

We just returned from staying 10 nights at Chalet Montay. It was everything we hoped for and more. The space was perfect for our group (4 adult couples) enabling us to have space and privacy on 4 different levels of the townhome. In addition, Montie was extremely accommodating by providing a minimum of a queen bed in each room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus stop to take us to Deer Valley (the closest), Park City Resort, and The Canyons. We also found it very convenient to walk to Main Street in Park City for dinner. It was easier than having to find a parking space for a car. The amenities at the property were excellent including wifi with desk and printer, outdoor hot tub, fuss-free gas fireplaces, washer & dryer, lots of pots & pans, spices, etc. If we had the same size group, I wouldn't hesitate a moment before choosing the same place. We loved it!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Chalet Montay:
I loved this property for it's quiet privacy and the expansive view of the mountains and ski resorts. Main St in Park City is close enough to enjoy but not so close that I have to deal with it all the time. All services needed are right down the street.

Aside from all the great Summer and Winter activities that are available in Park City Utah the location of my home is almost as good as it gets.
