This is a beautiful, 3400 Sq. Ft. privately owned townhouse. Located at the entrance to Deer Valley on the FREE Park City bus route, two minutes to the Deer Valley Lodge, and two minutes to Park City Resort. The Canyons resort is just down the road. A very nice six minute stroll finds you in the middle of town on Main St. or at your favorite restaurant. This townhouse is one of two. The other is a mirror image of the photo on the opposite side (one shared wall). There's no big complex with a lot of neighbors. It's very private.
It has a street level enclosed two car garage with easy entry to the home. Chalet Montay easily sleeps 10 but can be configured to comfortably sleep a few more. Each bedroom and a bathroom is on a separate level for privacy. I will add or subtract beds or change them to accommodate your group, whether couples or singles. It has bright open rooms with vaulted ceilings. There is a large family room with entertainment center and games, and a private hot tub on the back patio with quick entry to the house. It has a huge master bedroom with a cozy sitting area with fireplace and its own outdoor deck. The master bath has its own jetted tub. For the person that needs to mix a little business with a lot of pleasure bring your lap top computer and use the complimentary broadband internet service. There is a convenient office/sleeping loft that has a set of bunk beds. For a very reasonable fee we will stock the fridge and cupboard with the basic foods and staples of your choice at your request, relieving you of the need to shop on the day of your arrival.

We just returned from staying 10 nights at Chalet Montay. It was everything we hoped for and more. The space was perfect for our group (4 adult couples) enabling us to have space and privacy on 4 different levels of the townhome. In addition, Montie was extremely accommodating by providing a minimum of a queen bed in each room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus stop to take us to Deer Valley (the closest), Park City Resort, and The Canyons. We also found it very convenient to walk to Main Street in Park City for dinner. It was easier than having to find a parking space for a car. The amenities at the property were excellent including wifi with desk and printer, outdoor hot tub, fuss-free gas fireplaces, washer & dryer, lots of pots & pans, spices, etc. If we had the same size group, I wouldn't hesitate a moment before choosing the same place. We loved it!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
