This is a beautiful, 3400 Sq. Ft. privately owned townhouse. Located at the entrance to Deer Valley on the FREE Park City bus route, two minutes to the Deer Valley Lodge, and two minutes to Park City Resort. The Canyons resort is just down the road. A very nice six minute stroll finds you in the middle of town on Main St. or at your favorite restaurant. This townhouse is one of two. The other is a mirror image of the photo on the opposit side (one shared wall). There's no big complex with a lot of neighbors. It's very private.
It has a street level enclosed two car garage with easy entry to the home. The place easily sleeps 10 but can be configured to comfortably sleep a few more. Each bedroom and a bathroom is on a separate level for privacy. I will add or subtract beds or change them to accomodate your group, whether couples or singles. It has bright open rooms with vaulted ceilings. There is a large family room with entertainment center and games, and a private hot tub on the back patio with quick entry to the house. It has a huge master bedroom with a cozy sitting area with fireplace and its own outdoor deck. The master bath has its own jetted tub. For the person that needs to mix a little business with a lot of pleasure bring your lap top computer and use the complimentary broadband internet service. There is a convenient office loft that can be converted to a sleeping area if needed. For a very reasonable fee we will stock the fridge and cupboard with the basic foods and staples of your choice at your request, relieving you of the need to shop on the day of your arrival.

Why the Owner Chose Chalet Montay
I chose this townhouse because of it's size and proximity to downtown and Deer Valley Resort where I like to ski. I bought it as my personal home and lived there for a year until I bought my current home. I loved the place and didn't need to sell it so I decided to rent it out to those that like to spend their vacation time in Park City skiing Deer Valley and Park City. Summers are great too.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium/Town House
Aside from all the great Summer and Winter activities that are available in Park City Utah the location of my home is almost as good as it gets.
