Our family of nine stayed in this home for a week. We enjoyed everything about the home! The architecture of the home is beautiful and the view from the home is awesome. There was plenty of room for each of our kids and their spouses to have their own bedroom and bath. We had a baby with us so having a crib and high chair was so helpful. The owner was very kind and easy to work with. We would recommend this home to others for their vacation. We would stay here again!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We had 15 people stay at this house for seven days and there was plenty of room for everyone. It is located just a few minutes away from Safeway, which was a big plus as we made several trips since we ate most meals in. There were three space heaters available, which came in handy a few days for the basement dwellers. It snowed several days while we were there and we usually came back from skiing or another activity to have the driveway cleared, which we really appreciated. We spent 5 nights July 19 - July 24 and what a fabulous time we had. We had 11 people in the house ranging from age 6 to 78 with plenty of room for everyone. We were surprised that it was actually in more of a neighborhood and not in a wooded area but in the end it was great as it was so convenient for everything we wanted to do. My son was actually the one who worked with Mark on everything but he was so helpful,including giving suggestions on different hikes we wanted to do. We normally stay in the Estees Park area so it was so fun to explore the Winter park area. Hiking was our main reason for vacationing there but we also enjoyed bicycling and water rafting. It is a family trip we will remember for ever! We would highly recommend this house if you our bringing a big group to Winter Park/Frazier area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We stayed at this comfortable home with two other families, including 8 kids all together. Everyone loved the house! There is plenty of room for the kids have their own space to hang out, and the adults a separate area. There were plenty of bathrooms for our large group. Overall we were very happy with this home!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Home is clean, neat and conveniently located between winter park and sol vista ski resorts. Winter park shuttle stops right in front of the house. Appeared to have most everything we needed for the week. Couple of items of want...better lighting in bedrooms and at dining table, Internet was not functioning, only tv that got reception was in the living area. We would recommend staying here if you have transportation to get to grocery store and other areas besides winter park resort. Owner was extremely resourceful and responsive in providing information requested.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We are a family of 11 and this cabin fit our needs perfectly. Teenagers took the bottom floor and the adults had plenty of space as well. We all enjoyed our stay. Great location and great view. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This was a great place to stay! plenty of room, and the bottom floor is setup perfectly for a group of teenagers! Owner was great to work with, very helpful.
