Incredible views from this Lake Home property situated across from Sandy bottom Squaw Point. 5 miles North of Madden's resort right on County Road 77 is where you can find paradise!
This very clean A Frame home hosts 2 bedrooms adjoined by a full bath upstairs. The main level entertains a beautiful ceramic tiled kitchen with table, bar stools and 2 more tables with seated cushions off one deck overlooking the lake. The other large side deck has a BBQ grill along with more room for seating. The living area and a bathroom complete this floor. Down the spiral staircase to another living area, gorgeous master bedroom with bath which has a jetted tub to relax in once you have taken your sauna. The downstairs also has a full laundry room.
Please bring your boat or rent one as the dock is equipped with a boat lift and canopy.

We have spent years spending large sums to go to a resort on Gull Lake. This was our first foray into lakehome rental, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The home was large, clean, and well-located. Even better was the owners personal attention! Prior to our arrival, Lori was quick and attentive to my email inquiries. During our stay, she was but a phone-call away. I was called away for a family emergency during our stay, and she sent the nicest card in response. My whole family felt as though we were staying at a home of a personal friend! We are waterskiers and found her dock to be well-suited for our boat and the location of the home near Wilson Bay was perfect. We will certainly be returning to this home for future vacations! I'd highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a quiet place with a fabulous view...just don't take the time we want next year!!!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I have used VRBO on numerous occasions in many different states. I read the reviews very carefully, and I truly use them to narrow down my choices. I can honestly say that my experience with this property was the best I have ever had. 2 things stand out for me, communication and cleanliness. Let's start with communication. The owner (Lori) responded to everyone of my numerous questions and concers within a five minute time period. I have never had an owner make me feel this comfortable before. When we got to the property, not only was it spotless, literally EVERYTHING was provided, all the way down to the charcoal and lighter fluid with never happens at other rentals.. The house has two decks over looking Gull lake, and to watch the sun come up is breath taking. I wish I could add my own pictures to this review, as then you could see what I am talking about. There is ABSOLUTELY no doubt in my mind that I will be in this property again next year if it is available.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed our stay here and if we come back to the Gull Lake area this fall / next year, we would not hesitate to rent this house again. The property was very nice and very well cared for with lots of extra amenities and a million dollar view of the lake. What was as important to me is that the people you are renting from are truly nice people and were very accommodating and easy to work with. Overall a very enjoyable stay / rental experience.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Year Purchased: 1989
About the owner: I have been coming up to te brainerd/Nisswa area since I was 5 years old. We originally had a cottage on Nisswa lake. My father built this home in 1989 and we spent many incredible times up here year after year. My brother and I currently own this home. I live in McKinney Texas and I am busy raising 2 daughters and working in the ceramic tile industry as well. While I absolutely love the Brainerd Lakes area distance prohibits me from visiting as often as I would like. I enjoy running, golfing and water skiing.
