Gorgeous Two Bedroom Ground Floor Ocean View in Wailea Elua Village
Our condo, Elua #101, is a beautiful and luxurious designer decorated ground floor ocean view two-bedroom condominium located in beautiful Wailea Elua Village. With excellent accessibility to practically everything in Wailea owing to its superb location, it is only a short walk (3 min) to Ulua Beach. Our spacious condo is extremely comfortable and is an ideal setting for families, couples and friends.
There are two large bedrooms (large master bedroom with Cal-king bed, and large guest bedroom with two twin beds-convertible to King), plus a sleeper sofa (queen) in the living room. We use only one hundred percent cotton 600 thread count linens and Hotel Collection towels for the comfort of all our guests. There are two full baths, a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room and dining area.
Our condo includes many extras such as Free Unlimited Long-Distance Telephone Calling to the US and Canada, Free Unlimited Internet Access (bring your Laptop), TV's with DVD/VCR players, Stereo, central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, and more. Should you choose to relax on the beach we have provided beach towels, chairs, mats, and as well kids beach toys. We have a very large private Lanai from where you can enjoy dinner and sunsets. A BBQ gas grill is on the Lanai. There is as well an extremely lovely garden and private side yard with beautiful lush tropical foliage along with the magnificent aroma of plumeria.
Wailea Elua Village is located in the heart of Wailea, Hawaii's top rated Resort. A wide range of shops, restaurants, world-class golf courses, and beach and water sport activities await. You are in the center of Wailea where Conde Nast Top Rated World Class Hotels are a brief walk from our condo. Enjoy elegant dining in the restaurants and bistros. The Shops at Wailea is unlike any other shopping center. It boasts such favorites as Gucci, Tiffany & Co, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Guess, Coach, Banana Republic, and Tommy Bahamas among many others. Included are some of Maui's highest rated fine dining and casual restaurants. There are tasteful art galleries exhibiting works by well known artists and talented local artists.
Wailea Elua Village itself comprises acres of lush tropical gardens and a sweeping landscape overlooking the Pacific. We are steps from Maui's renowned Ulua Beach where you can swim, snorkel or relax in the sun. Humpback whales are seen during winter. There are two swimming pools in the Elua Village. The main pool with spacious lounge area and pavilion is adjacent to Ulua Beach, while the second pool with adjacent whirpool is located in a separate secluded garden setting.
