Well appointed condo in Wailea's desirable Elua Village. We had a wonderful time. We’ve stayed in many condos at Elua and nearby over the years and can’t recall another home that was as well equipped for guests. The storeroom with its beach toys, chairs and other gear was a delightful find. As was – particularly – the Christmas tree. This was our first time ever being away from home for the holiday and we surprised our (almost-grown) children with the tree and small gifts on Christmas morning! Terrific! Thanks again – we hope to return in future years.

We stayed in the condo for 8 days and were very, very satisfied. I chose to stay here not only due to the location but also for the decor. In comparing it to a lot of other condos, it just seemed more my style and even though we were out and about most of the day, it was just nice to come "home" to an inviting space. It's in a great location, within walking distance of the major shops and a short trip down to the ocean or the pool pavilion and beach walk. I would recommend Wailea as it seems more secluded and private than some of the other more touristy areas to the north. But still close enough that it's a short drive or walk to where you want to go. It's convenient to go to Kihei for shopping/dining or excursions such as snorkeling. For the condo itself, we spent a LOT of time out on the lanai. It is one of our favorite features of the place. It is so secluded with the hedges and we would get up before daybreak or sit out in the afternoon and even late into the evening, just enjoying the weather. The condo is further from the beach/ocean than a lot of the others in the Village, but I actually preferred it that way. It made it very convenient for coming and going and we drove around the island quite a bit so it was nice to come and go as you pleased w/o any hassles. The security presence makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed, and the staff is friendly. We didn't have any need to contact the property manager, but she phoned once while we were there, just to check. Also, it was a surprise bonus to find all the books and beach equipment in the storage room. It just seems that they've paid attention to a lot of the little extras to create a more inviting space and to make you feel comfortable during your stay. I would highly recommend it and I can't think of any negative things to say....so I won't! Maholo....

We love this condo. It is so spacious and relaxing compared to others we have stayed in before. It is snuggled up in the corner of the Elua property which is really private and a great location. For the money this is true value for anyone wishing to stay on Maui in a luxury resort like this one is. The condo is beautiful inside and comes with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels too. The gardens are really meticulously maintained and the walkways so calming and pretty. The bedrooms are big and the two bathrooms are more than adequate in size. The living and dining areas are also very spacious and comfortable. We loved the kitchen and all the stuff in there which made it all very easy. We will definitely be coming back to the Peters' condo and can't wait. Many thanks for helping to make our vacation so relaxing and special.

Outstanding Retreat

We spent11 wonderful days at your place in Maui. It was awesome. Perfect for the five of us. We used the grill many times and ate every meal outside. Many friendly geckos every morning. Birds sang happily. We were up bright and early, to enjoy walking and the magnificent views. Grounds and beaches were perfectly designed. We walked down to the beach every morning, and again to watch every sunset. Watched a spectacular sunrise on July 16th, from the top of the Crater. Were able to walk around the top summit; all alone, in the full moonlight. A hike to truly experience. Leave no later than 3:30am. Want to beat the rush; driving to the parking lots. Narrow windy roads lit by moonlight. We all agreed it was hard a place to leave!!!! We will be planning a return trip and will contact you again in the future. Mahalo..

Thanks for sharing your home with us! My husband and I want to thank you for sharing your beautiful Maui paradise with us. This has been our third time staying and we can’t wait to come back to your condo. It’s become our home away from home. We feel a spirit here. This condo and its surrounding property are very well managed and there is not one inkling of the “party scene” that you can sometimes encounter with other private homes that rented out to guests. We like that Elua has gated security with very friendly, helpful, and polite staff that have your name on a list just to get into the property. This is very comforting. It’s one of the most beautifully located places we have ever been. The setting and surroundings are tranquil. The condo is beautiful, tastefully decorated and serene. The bedrooms are soft and cozy. We’ve cooked many BBQ diners on the lanai, sipping fine wine, watching the sunsets. We love the pool and it’s not a far walk to the beach, in fact we quite enjoyed the stroll. It’s really quiet with hardly any noise noticed by us from the adjacent road, hotels or beach. Just what you want when you get away on vacation. There’s parking right in front of the unit that made for easy unloading of luggage and groceries. We took this trip with friends who have a 5 year old and a 15 year old; there were 6 of us in the condo and it was more than comfortable. The grounds are safe for kids. The oldest one enjoyed surfing with his Dad. Fantastic shopping at The Shoppes at Wailea. Everything from Tiffany’s to Ice Cream. Great burger place called Cheeseburger in Paradise. My husband is a golf enthusiast and he loved playing golf at one of the courses just a short jaunt away from the condo. You can walk to all of the nearby hotels along the beach walk. The views along the beach walk are something to see; one of my personal favorite things to do alone was put on my running gear, iPod and go for a run. It’s magical first thing in the morning just after sunrise. We highly recommend the Peters’ condo. They have done so many things to make your stay at their condo in Maui great. I’ve emailed many friends and told them that this is the place to stay! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We had a fantastic vacation at the Elua Village condominium. The condo is very clean and in working order. The condo grounds are expertly maintained. The two pool areas are very nice, especially the one near the beach. This condo contributed to the most relaxing vacation we have had in years.

We stayed for one week and enjoyed this location immensely. Condo was very clean and well appointed i.e., nice furniture, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen...etc. Enjoyed many meals on the patio with a great view of the ocean. We took many walks along the beach paths that were very next to the condo. There are a lot of nice amenities near by such as shopping, restaurants, beaches and resort hotels. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommended this location as we are looking forward to return in the near future.

We love this condo and location and you can't go wrong renting this place. This condo is great because it is ground level which means quick and easy access esp when carrying stuff in or out. Carpeted throughout is great for kids, and is really spacious inside, we wanted 2BR and 2 Baths for 2 week. The lanai is large with a BBQ and the private garden is really nice too. This place is really private where it is located so no one is going to gaze in on you when they walk by like other units. Can't believe one reviewer mentioned traffic noise. Our stay was right after them and the traffic noise was not a problem..hardly noticed. For the price to rent compared to others this place gets a definite thumbs up. It is well maintained and has everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are supplied. The on island contact person is really helpful. Lives close by and knows everything. The grounds of this complex are well maintained and very beautiful. This condo is well worth it. We will be back again. Many thanks for a great place to stay for our vacation on Maui!

Nothing was lacking in the condo. We stay twice a year in condos in Wailea and this was certainly among the best equipped. However, it should be noted: It is the fartherest from the beach of all condos in the complex and the condo basically sits right on the road. We often could not enjoy any peace and quiet on the lanai because of the heavy traffic on the road. Too bad, if you are coming for peace and quiet and want a large extensive ocean view, this is not the condo for you.

We particularly enjoyed the main patio, the "peace and quiet", the privacy of Elua Beach, and the convenience of the boardwalk to go to the shops (for shopping) and the hotels (for dinners), and the ability to come and go as we pleased without hallways, elevators and valet parking. We stayed in #101 over the US Thanksgiving Holiday. What a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The condo was well appointed and had all the extras, even more than we had imagined! The grounds and the staff that work at Elua were fantastic. it was the perfect place and we had 2 wonderful weeks. We will be back, thanks for allowing us the use of your condo - it was awesome !

We are a family with young children and we had a wonderful time at this lovely condo! The view from the lanai is just breathtaking and we enjoyed our breakfast out there daily. The bedrooms were very comfortable (pack n play was perfect for our toddler) and the furnishings were great. Nice bathrooms too! Plenty of beach towels for our large group. Location could not be better! Quick walk to the best beach (parked near building tennis court and the Elua beach is great, but we preferred the one in front of the Grand Wailea which is a just a few minutes' walk). Fantastic vacation and can't wait for our next trip back!

My husband and I stayed here with my parents and two young kids. It was perfect! It is very spacious and extremely comfortable. The owners have updated this with really nice furniture, high-thread count sheets and a fully stocked kitchen. Wailea Elua is beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time at your place in Maui, it was a great 10 days! The housing was perfect for the five of us, I think we used the grill four or five times and ate outside almost every meal. The grounds and beach was perfect, I usually got up early each morning, made coffee and walked down to the beach. Hated to leave, but we had to get back to reality!!!! We will be planning a return trip and will be contacting you again.

What a delightful spot for a family vacation! The owners of the condo provide everything you need for a holiday...beach toys and umbrellas,books,games,Tv internet (great for gathering info while you're there)and a bed for baby. The bed linens were wonderful and the condo had all the best appointments. The grounds were beautiful and the lower pool was never very crowded--the perfect family property.

Dec 3-17, 2005 A spectacular holiday with good weather throughout, We rally enjoyed the complex and only left to do several day trips with the kids. Everything was right here.
