  Doug/Andra My many thanks for a great vacation so i wanted to let the rest of the world know just how spectacular your Villa Yardena is. I was amazed at the home. Your pictures on the internet do not do it the real justice it deserves. The home should be described as nothing short of a castle. It was late July and warm. Finding the place was not difficult thanks to your directions and we were greeted by Victor and Gabey and our newest friend manuel who all helped carry luggage and 75 bags of groceries to the kitchen. The home is amazing and was immaculately clean and ready as promised. Stepping out the back door for the first time with a drink allowed me to soak in the beautiful pool, palm tree's just 20' away and the hammocks on the groomed beach. Our chef was Antonio and he was spectacular. He can really put together some great meals all with a mexican flare but also considerate of what our family liked. He was always there in the morning with a warm smile and hard at work putting together breakfasts the kids liked as well as one for the adults. If your clients can get him some fish either by fishing or Pat @ Pat store in Tulum he can do wonders. We appreciated the transportation you arranged for the big group from the airport and the driver was waiting for them on arrival and on the day we left. Locally we saw the Tulum ruins and Xel-Ha which the kids loved. Our parents in their 70's enjoyed watching all the grand kids play and relax and they commented that it was the most relaxing vacation they have ever had thanks to Antonio and Alfredo who did all the cooking and clean up of dishes. Security in the area was excelent and Carmen was always present. We thank you and the staff and will carry these memories with us forever.   We had a very relaxing week here. The house is lovely and had many spaces to hang out. The rooftop star gazing was incredible! Marta and Louis are the real gems! They cooked wonderful meals and took very good care of us. Even the dining table was a happy sight! We really enjoyed the clean, raked beach each day. After walking the entire beach every day, ours was definitely the best cared for. Again, Marta and Louis provided a very clean house, excellent meals, and lovely smiles! It was a mom's dream to be so well taken care of!

  my family went to mexico for spring break (puerta aventuras) and it was great. quiet--no vendors harassing us, easy access to beautiful waters, condos were great and WAY cheaper than what it would have cost our teenage-family of 5 to stay in a hotel. we met a lot of nice families there in similar situations and everyone enjoyed each others' company. definitely bring some kind of shoes for water (crocs would be good) because it is all coral! going back!

  We stayed at Casa Orquida for a week after Christmas - it was nothing short of wonderful! The home was large and beautiful. Our cook, Millie, was outstanding. We explored the area - scuba diving, beaches in Tulum, snorkeling in cenotes... The only problem was there wasn't enough time to do all the things we wanted to do and to relax at Casa Orquidea as much as we would have liked!! Oh well, we'll just have to go again :)

  I just got back from Quinta Luna condo Casa Alexander. I always worry when I book through the internet, if it will be as good as it looks. We were delighted to find out it was even better than what we expected. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. Not only was the condo clean, but the entire property was extremely clean. The pool was cleaned every day. The staff washed the halls every day. The pillows were even wonderful. Ariel and the staff were excellent. They were very nice and very helpful. We loved the fact that you could walk to the center where the dolphins and manatees were playing in the water. There were terrific restaurants within walking distance. The margaritas at The Pub were the awesome and the food was also, but we had great food at many of the restaurants. We also loved Sisisi's the the staff gave us free desserts. Others we liked were Richard's, Gringo Dave's for breakfast, and Massimo. You have plenty of choices to get good food. We liked where we were staying so much, that we had to force ourselves to leave the area. We did go to Tulum to the ruins. It is very beautiful there. Make sure you wear your bathing suit, so you can take a swim while you are there. The beach is beautiful. We also went to Akumal and a neat restaurant called Buena Vida. We also found the area very safe and the driving was not nearly as bad as I thought it might be. Everyone was very friendly and nice. I am planning to go back with my children and grandchildren. The old and the young would just love this beautiful spot. Doug has done a wonderful job with the website. Everything you need to know is on the website. This is one of the best vacations I have had. I only regret that we only booked one week. Two weeks would have been even better.

  We absolutely loved our stay in Puerta Aventura at the Ocean Homes property. The location is great. Far from the craziness of Cancun, but close to other regional attactions. We rented a car which gave us great access to the area and cost less for the week than hiring a taxi for our excursions. The condo was beautiful and clean and worked perfectly for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The owners and property managers were great and responded immediately when power surges turned off the air conditioning and we later requested some extra linens. The condo also has a washer/dryer which was so handy and the owner even supplied soap to use. The kitchen was well stocked with all equipment needed to cook. We shopped at the Sam's Club in Playa del Carmen and bought food for our breakfasts and lunches. There was also a BBQ grill on the porch which we used as well. In the evening we took a short walk down the beach to the village which offered many great restaurants at which to eat. The pool was 10 steps outside our back door and the beach 5 steps past that. The beaches were very clean and directly in front of the condo was great place to snorkel for kids as the water was not very deep, but offered a huge variety of sealife which the kids loved. We have already recommended this condo to several of our friends.
