  First I must say thank you to Adam & Elaine for giving me that trust to rent my condo, thanks again, Your comment you left me comforts me, Thank you Can't explain how blessed I AM TO HAVE SUCH WONDERFUL GUEST. Thanks again! Elaine thanks for doing the dishes, not many people do the dishes, but I have to say 95% of MY Guest do the dishes.   Jazz, your place exceeded our expectations in every way! As you promised, it was large enough for our adult daughter to stay with us comfortably. Thank you for making our family get together such a special occasion. The unit is clean and well-maintained, as shown in the pictures. The ocean view blows the pictures away! We hope to be back to stay here again very soon.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  This condo fitted our needs perfectly. The description, location & price were exactly what we were looking for - right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pictures of the condo & the view of the ocean from the living room are As Advertised! There is everything in the unit that you need for a very comfortable stay. Equally important, the unit is clean & the complex is well maintained. Complex offers a large heated pool plus washers & dryers (very handy, since we were staying for a month). The owner is easy to reach and, if needed, more than willing to assist you with local information and recommendations. We tried all of the restaurants that were within walking distance & enjoyed them all, especially the small Italian restaurtant just north of the complex. We would definately stay here again & recommend it to our family & friends.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  Thank you, Jazz, for allowing us to rent your wonderful 1 bedroom condo! Jazz's wonderful flexibility made reserving the condo a breeze. For a minimal charge, Jazz allowed our dogs to stay in the condo with us too. Their mornings began with a wonderful, long walk on the beach, followed by afternoon naps in your cool, air conditioned condo while we enjoyed the wonderful Atlantic or pool. I cannot thank you enough for making your condo so pet friendly! The convenient location of your condo is perfect with so many restaurants, attractions, and sight-seeing nearby, but private enough where it didn't feel like "Spring Break." Our favorites were the lighthouse, historic St. Augustine, and the world-class alligator zoo. Next time, we want to do the zipline tour of the alligator zoo! We will definitely be back next year!!!! Thanks again!

  Jazz, Just want to tell you how much we enjoyed our vacation at your condo. It was perfectly suited for our needs on a short stay with our puppy. You have your kitchen well stocked and the entire condo was very clean and comfortable. It was so reassuring to know that you are just a phone call away for anything we might need. Watching the sun rise over the white sands of beautiful Crescent Beach was better than any medicine the doctors can give you! We look forward to visiting again soon and will recommend your condo to family and friends!

  We want to thank you for your beautiful condo we have a wonderful time the bed is nice, the kitchen have everything we need, bathroom is nice and clean we cannot asked for more. Lovely. Lovely.
