If you have never been to the Seagrove Beach area you are missing-out. With a sleepy yet upscale Florida feel, this area is full of life, but with a reminder of the simpler days gone by. Besides having the most breathtaking beaches with white sugary sands, you also will find wildlife areas, lakes and tons of bicycle trails. High-rise hotels are not as prevalent in this area which is by design. It is very family-friendly and kid-safe. If you love good food this area has some excellent local restaurants.
Lodging Features: Recently renovated this modern style condo is the perfect choice. Every room has brand new furniture! This 1st floor unit is perfect for families with quick access to the pool and barbeque grill and just a short walk to the beach. Parents will love watching the children play in the lawn as they relax on the patio or in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and has seating around the bar for four. Enjoy the new sofa and loveseat in the living room while watching movies or the game on the wall mounted 32' TV. The ottoman in front of the couch converts to a small table and has two small stools inside. If you are having a couple's weekend, the second bedroom has its very own private bathroom and two queen bedswith a 19' TV/DVD. The master bedroom has a wall mounted 24' TV with DVD player and full bath. Both bathrooms have new light fixtures and cabinets/countertops. I came here in the Summer of '10. The unit looks professionally decorated and is in a great development. You can tell the bedding, furniture and appliances are all new. The beach was just a convenient walk away and the pool is 20 steps out the front door. If you've spent time vacationing in the hustle bustle, you'll appreciate the laid-back atmosphere here and the beaches are absolutely stunning. This is our new favorite place and we'll be back again next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Awesome Condo! Very nice, close to pool and beach! We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone and hope to visit again soon. Very family friendly and enough room for two families both with children with the pull out sofa. Close enough to drive into Destin or Panama City Beach as well.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We love the yard out back, the boys can get out and play a little football while we grill all the fish we caught that day and maybe a steak or two. The choice of two pools is wonderful, then add tennis, shuffle board(just like the old days), the lake in the back, shopping at Seaside is great. There is just so much to do for everyone and then there is the crystal blue emerald beach... We just love it and hope you do too. Relax...enjoy...
