The condo was centrally located and a short walk to everything the location was everything. Because I was a single woman safety of course was an issue the street the condo was located was busy enough in the evening I was never walking along on an unoccupied street. The condo was furnished with everything you could possible need the kitchen was well stocked. I did very little cooking becasuse within five minutes are wonderful restaurants. I would not heistate to rent this condo again and the destination itself was magicalRecommended for: Tourists without a car.

I have stayed in this condo apt. for increasing amounts of time over the past four years. My most recent stay was just short of 2 months in the fall of 2012. There is nothing not to like in this property. It is exactly as advertised in both words and photos, spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, comfortable, and owned by the world's most helpful landlady, who has now become my friend. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be in the center of the action. Here you will be right "downtown," 1 1/2 blocks to the Jardin, the cultural center of the city. You'll also be about 2 1/2 blocks from the biblioteca, another center of activity, and maybe 25 steps to the Angela Peralta Theater. Fine restaurants are a few blocks away in every direction, as are banks, grocery and fruit and vegetable stores, the artisans market, and lovely shops. It's safe and there are two men working on the property many hours each day who can help with all manner of things. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
