  Great home, great location, beautiful setting, with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Very nice welcome basket from the owners, plenty of fresh, clean towels and beautiful porches to enjoy the cool mountain weather and the sounds of the stream that runs next to the house. I wouldn't change anything about it. It was perfect!

  Words cannot describe how wonderful your home was. We could not believe the supplies and stock items available. We girls decided it must have been a fine tuned by a woman as there are even candles and lotions available! The gas grill was a plus along with the WIFI and four flat screen tv's. Springdale golf club is beautiful and accommodating to all, even non golfers. Thanks for the use of your golf cart. The quaint little town of Waynesville was close and great for shopping and eating out. We are already planning our next trip!!

  What a pleasant arrival to our vacation rental at Springdale Country Club. We have rented for so many years in the Maggie / Waynesville area and had always used a local management company for our vacation homes. This is our first experience with Jeff McAbee as a private owner. Wow. Jeff really knows how to spoil you. Jeff was very communicative and was pleasant to work with the entire time we were looking at various homes in the area to vacation in. His terms are very fair and the home certainly represents his ability to please his renters. The house upon arrival was impeccable. Clean, well stocked (we love to cook), luxurious thread count sheets, plenty of towels, even right down to the toilet paper! I know! Toilet paper…but after a 10 hour drive nature is calling and the last thing you need is to get to your vacation home and have no toilet paper. Makes the wife cranky! Seriously, Jeff knows how to welcome guests. Loved the goody basket you left for us on the dining room table. The home itself is very well planned and gave us plenty of room to stretch out. The two bedrooms in the basement quickly became our kids favorite place to hang out. All the beds were very comfortable and the furniture in the family area was warm and inviting. Loved the counter height dining room table and the island with the cook top in the kitchen. The master suite was huge with a fabulous king bed and a very large walk in closet. We typically like high elevation, but I can assure anyone, the setting this home is in makes the very best of a wonderful valley view. The home is just a pitch shot away from the golf course and we walked the course in the evenings after dinner as much as we could. Jeff, I cannot think of anything you could have done better. We felt like we were Jeff's special guests the whole time. Being in a customer service dominated business, Jeff gets a 10 out of 10 from us. We plan on coming back to your home again this summer.   Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. We really have enjoyed the peace and rest that we have gotten here. The mountains here are a great place to visit. We will recommend this to all our friends.

  Jeff, thank you so much for your large, extremely clean and well furnished home for us this past 4th of July weekend. Along with your home exceeding our expectation's the golf course was fantastic.
