South of Gerroa is stunning Seven Mile Beach, which is surrounded by its own National Park.
You may be lucky and see dolphins swimming in the ocean from the House, as well as whales during the migration season.
The sunrise in the morning is just magnificent and sunsets over the mountains have to be seen to be believed!

The Unique Benefits of this House
Depending on how you feel, you can do a lot at LATITUDE 34......or you can do nothing and simply enjoy the beauty that Gerroa and the South Coast has to offer. You can relax in the wet edge pool, surf or swim at Shelley Beach or Seven Mile Beach or catch dinner of the rocks! You might like to spot the fossils on the wave cut platforms, fly a kite or kick a ball on the headland. Or you can walk along Seven Mile Beach or the Headland....or play Golf at the stunning Golf Course which is minutes away and over looks Walkers Beach. Tennis Courts are also close at hand, if you are feeling very energetic. You can also enjoy a leisurely day at one of the many local wineries....or be pampered with a massage and facial at the local day spa. Or if you are feeling more adventurous, Gerringong, Kiama and its' famous blow hole, Berry, the historic village of Jamberoo and Minamurra Falls National Park are close at hand. Kangaroo Valley, the Fitzroy Falls, the Southern Highlands, including Bowral and Bundanoon and Jervis Bay are a bit further away and are terrific day trips. There are numerous craft shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs in the district to explore. There is a fantastic rustic cafe close to the house that overlooks Seven Mile Beach and the Crooked River, that you can enjoy gourmet meals at. Highly recommended for a long lunch or dinner!

Absolutely stunning and comfortable luxury home and worth every cent. I could so easily live there permanently so if the owner is ever thinking of selling - pick me. Magnificent views and such easy access to everything, this was my return stay and would gladly return for my next break.

Set in one of the most beautiful parts of the coast, Latitude 34 has to be one of the best places I have stayed at. Spectacular beaches are a short stroll from your front door and coastal walks are literally at your back door. There is a superb cafe/restaurant as well as one of those general stores that sells everything from newspapers to fishing lines. The house itself exceededs any expectations you might have about holiday rental properties. Latitude 34 is faultlessly appointed with and eye for detail and a sense of style that makes you feel at home while also on holiday. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and obviously takes pride in his house. The photos on the website are a good indication of what you can expect. The views are out of this world! This is an ideal property in an ideal location for any time of year.

We stayed at Lat 34 with our two young children (3 & 5yrs) along with two friends from the UK. The weather was not ideal but the house was without doubt the best I have stayed in and it lacked nothing. The kitchen is very well appointed with all the tools you could want to create some brilliant meals. The main room upstairs is the crown jewel but even the two smaller rooms downstairs are large enough for adults and/or children to have some private time/space. The living area is large and open which makes enjoying the views so easy. TV's and DVDs are modern and a nice touch but we rarely used them. The local shops (short drive) are open even during Easter which was a big relief given the food that we were not able to fit in the cars. Don't expect chef hat dining in town but to be frank, who goes on a holiday looking for that? Exploring the rock pools about 100m from the back door provided hours of enjoyment for our children and it was a really nice 15 minute walk to Seven Mile beach. What you see on the website is what you get. The pool is lovely but if I had to be really picky I’d say that it would be better if it was heated so that you could enjoy it in the cooler months of Autumn and Spring. It didn’t stop our two girls from getting in though. Even the neighbours are nice which is surprising given the holiday influx of strangers that they would have to endure all year. The owner is a great communicator and made our stay very easy. During holiday season it is on the pricey side but overall this place is great and if the funds ever become available again I’ll be taking the family back.

We loved our stay at Latitude 34. We will be going back and we've already recommended it to friends. The house is brilliantly appointed - furniture, bedding, styling, small details like essentials already there in the pantry. The positioning of the house on the headland means it has a jaw-dropping view - and there are two large decks meaning you can make the most of it. When we stayed the weather was stormy. We had the fire on whilst watching the big waves crash on the rocks below - you were a million miles from the CBD. The local cafe in Gerroa - a 10 minute walk away - served great lunches and coffee.
