BAYSIDE offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with seating for 10, living room with DVD/VCR and 42 in flat screen TV, a spacious enclosed porch/game room, 3 well furnished / comfy bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths to enjoy your vacation or relax away the hours.
The nearby activities include fishing, boating and crabbing from the dock, a bike ride to explore the island (several bikes are included), shop or take in a movie downtown, spend a day at Asseateague National Seashore on the quiet beach or observing the wild ponies and wildlife on the barrier island and you can visit the Mariners Museum and learn the history of the island and its people.

The owner has 2 units in the same building. We stayed in the end unit, Bayside. It was wonderful. 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths. The unit included everything; the wifi was a nice touch. We loved the sunsets. Unit was clean, well equipped - ncluding several bicycles and wifi - and everything worked! The unit next two us was full with a large family. Even though that can be a concern in condos, we never heard them. Owner was easy to work with and very responsive. He uses a rental agency on the island, so the rental was the best of both worlds: by owner, but through an agency that handles the payments and paperwork.Owner response: We attempt to make ours guests as comfortable as possible and add those small extras that make a vacation an experience they won't forget. Our 2 side by side homes make large groups a breeze.
