Built in 2003, the unit features cool-under-foot travertine marble flooring in the living and dining rooms, kitchen, and hallways and lush pile carpeting in the bedrooms and den.
In addition to its 3,200 square-feet of bright, open inside space, this villa offers you another 900 square feet of panoramic outside space on four separate tiled balconies. The master bedroom provides an ocean view and private entry onto the east balcony, and it features a luxurious master bath with Jacuzzi soaker tub. Each of the other two spacious bedrooms on the unit's west end has its own private bathrooms and balcony with unique views of Amelia's western marsh surroundings. A fourth balcony to the south adjoins the modern, island-centered kitchen.
