An elevator for easy access to the house from the garage. 6 bedrooms plus a bunkroom. 4 full baths 1 half baths. Recently renovated, the kitchen has 2 dishwashers, double oven, microwave, etc. From the spacious open deck, enjoy sunbathing or watch the pelicans dive for dinner.
This deck also features a covered area and a gas grill, where you can enjoy the ocean breezes. There is a private walkway directly to the pale sandy beach. The tower houses a bedroom and a half bath with wonderful views from all directions. The wonderful antique table in the dining area seats 14 easily with views to both ends of the beach. This home is very homey, nothing cookie cutter about it. Worked well for our group of 10 with plenty of space and all the things we would need for a week at the beach. Home has lots of collections of the owners which make it very interesting. Comfortable beds and seating, big table for dinners and nice seating on the deck. Folly beach is a quaint and laid back place. Great being close to Charleston too.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
