GORGEOUS TROPICAL VILLA WITH UNBELIEVABLE BREATHTAKING VIEWS!! Beautiful two-story La Jolla View home with panoramic views of ocean, Mission Bay, S.D. Bay, City of San Diego, Mexico and islands off coast, Coronado Island and bridge. This home has all of the fine details to make your stay in San Diego unforgettable. Fantastic panoramic views all the way to Mexico. Amazing sunrise and sunset views. Breathtaking views of the city, bays and ocean can be seen from both stories of this beautiful house. A centrally-wired surround system provides your favorite music throughout the house inside and out. Enjoy the awesome fireworks shows all over the city on New Years and Fourth of July. Sea World sets them off at 9:50 p.m. each night all summer long too.
Our home is a two story home on a large lot with a great backyard. Perfect home for entertaining with an open floor plan and large kitchen and bar that opens up to the family room. There are 4 spacious rooms with beds and 2 large bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is a large loft area with large bed and flatscreen television. This house Sleeps 8. Great home for multiple families vacationing together. Awesome location! The backyard has a large gas BBQ and plenty of seating to hang out or lounge by the pool. There is outside seating for 14 people. House works great for multiple families.
Centrally located and accessible, yet is nestled in a very exclusive, quiet, and private neighborhood. All major attractions including airport are within 15 minutes away. Beach and bay are about 2 miles away and Sea World is about 5 miles away. Watch the Sea World fireworks every night during the Summer. New Years Eve is absolutely incredible with multiple firework displays going off all over the city. The perfect spot for viewing is the large custom built deck facing the Bay on the second story seated around a gas fire pit. Pictures of view do not do it justice. Absolutely gorgeous!
Home is beautifully remodeled and feels like a resort. Very open floor plan that is great for entertaining. Great home for families. Amazing views of sunrise and sunsets. Great vacation home!

Came to San Diego for a spring break getaway with our daughters, ages 6 and 2. The house, pool, and location were even better than described! Our family had a blast swimming each day in the heated pool and enjoyed the evenings in the hot tub. House is just minutes away from all San Diego has to offer...highways close by made getting around a breeze. Hope to come back soon and wouldn't stay anywhere else!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had the best time in the Smith's beautiful vacation house in LaJolla. The house was beautifully appointed and yet we felt instantly at home in it. Beds and bedding were super comfortable. There were numerous sitting areas, a speaker system for music piped throughout the house and backyard (with individual volume controls in each room). We had everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen including a wonderful BBQ grill outside. The house is light-filled with plenty of glass for viewing the ocean in the distance or the tropical paradise in the backyard. We loved the privacy of the swimming pool and the hot tub and all the beautiful plantings and palm trees. Plenty of closet space, toys for kids, towels for the water features and many other delightful amenities. Quinn and Tarah aim to please and are there for their guests 500% if you need anything. We can't say enough about this spectacular home. We wished that we never had to leave.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I and three little girls (6, 4 and 2) stayed in this awesome house just after Christmas and through New Year's. It was absolutely great. Quinn set up the fence around the pool so that it would be secure for the kids, which it was. We had it heated so that we could enjoy it because the weather was a little cooler - and enjoy it we did! Great rooms and beds, lots of toys for the kids, kitchen with all the needed items, BBQ and the house was fully wired for music. Close to Sea World, LegoLand, the airport and beach. Lots of amenities in the area and great views from the front of the house - we watched the fireworks over Sea World from the balcony! I would absolutely recommend this house and Quinn was extremely responsive and helpful. Thanks Quinn!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The house is one of the best we have ever rented anywhere. The landlords are truly wonderful people and did everything possible to make our Christmas special, right down to decorating the entire house. This is one of the best homes to stay at when you are visiting San Diego. About the owner: My wife and I purchased this home because we love the location and the view. It is truly amazing and we never get tired of it. We have 2 kids ages 5 and 3. We love the fact that we are minutes away from the beautiful features that San Diego has to offer - the beach, Mission Bay, Sea World, downtown San Diego, Pacific Beach, shopping centers, and La Jolla Restaurants. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing our home with visiting families to make their vacation memorable.
Why the Owner Chose Soledad South:
Our home is one of the few properties in La Jolla that has this incredible 180 degree southern view of the city of San Diego, bays, ocean, Coronado island all the way to Mexico. It is a very quiet peaceful location on Soledad Mountain. My wife and I love to take our kids to the beaches like La Jolla Shores, Windnsea, and Pacific Beach or go for walks or bike rides on the Boardwalk in Mission Bay. There are many boat rental places nearby for water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, whale watching, etc. La Jolla is known for its scenic beauty, great beaches, restaurants, bars, entertainment, seal beach/preserve. You can enjoy spectacular views of nightly fireworks from our house all Summer long!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
One of the nice benefits to our home beside the view is our large private backyard. It feels like a tropical oasis. We enjoy hanging out by the pool and using the large gas BBQ for preparing food when we have friends or family visiting. We also love our large custom built deck facing the Ocean on the second story. During the evenings we like to sit by the fire pit to watch the sunset and enjoy the firework shows. Our home has lots of large windows to enjoy the views and a very open floor plan to easily accommodate multiple families. We have plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. Master bedroom is large and spacious and opens up to the pool and a hammock to relax and read a book.
