This beautiful 4th floor Penthouse unit in the Mercado building located right in the Rosemary downtown square, is now being offered as a rental. This unit features 2 Master bedrooms both with King Beds, 1 Queen bedroom & a bunk room with 2 twin size beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV.
The living room features a flat panel TV as well as a balcony with a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the rooftops of Rosemary Beach. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful Rosemary Beach sunsets while drinking a glass of wine!
The kitchen, featuring all stainless Viking appliances, is fully equipped with everything you need to make a cup of coffee in the morning, or a gourmet meal.
There is a full capacity stackable washer and dryer in the hallway for your use.
Each bedroom has comfortable plush beds to ensure a good nights sleep. One of the master bedrooms has it's own private balcony overlooking one of Rosemary's many green spaces.
You are welcome to use our bikes to explore Rosemary. We have also provided beach chairs and an umbrella for your enjoyment. The beach is a short walk away. You will also have full access to 4 pools. The fitness center and 8 clay tennis courts are also available for a small fee.
The Mercado building is just steps away from some wonderful restaurants located in Rosemary Beach. Wild Olives Market is a great breakfast and lunch spot. Summer Kitchen is our favorite lunch stop to enjoy their wonderful wraps and burgers. There are also great restaurants for dinner such as Onano, Paradis or our personal favorite, La Crema Tapas and Chocolate.

We have been renting in Rosemary for 10+ years and this has been our best experience yet. Since it was not a house and close to the Sugar Shack I was concerned about noise but it was the quietest rental we have ever had. Beautifully furnished and super luxurious bathrooms. The beds were comfortable amd the living room area was spacious on the rainy days. Perfect all the way around. The owner was also flexible and responsive (thanks Scott). We'll be coming back to this one!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Having traveled quite a bit throughout the US and having previously visited Rosemary Beach, this VRBO condo unit at Rosemary Beach was great. The best part about Rosemary Beach is that you can park your car and enjoy all of the amenities of the town without having to drive anywhere. The Mercado building is centrally located and this condo penthouse unit had everything we would want in a relaxing vacation. Much detail and thought was put into the decor of the condo and the layout was perfect for our family with young children. I would like to especially point out that the owner was extremely accessible throughout our stay and stayed in constant contact during a few small issues. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Rosemary Beach. Thank you very much for a memorable vacation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Our condo was right in the middle of Rosemary. The owners were very quick to respond to my emails and questions. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The iron didn't work, but really, who wants to iron while you are at the beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We and another family stayed here last week. The location is great. We were right in the middle of everything. The owners were very easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions. We had a wonderful vacation at this property! The condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious. It was the perfect place for our annual Girls Beach Weekend. The owner is extremely accomodating and helpful. The Mercado building is located in the heart of Rosemary beach. It was a short walk to all of the shops, restaurants, and beach. This is my first stay in VRBO, but will not be the last after this pleasant surprise. This condo was a great find. Clean and spacious. Moreover Scott (owner) available to answer your telephone anytime, even over weekends. You will not be dissappointed.Recommended for: Families with young children.

My family of 4 and another family of four stayed in this Rosemary Beach condo in June 2011. The condo is located in the heart of Rosemary Beach and walking or bike riding to restaurants, surrounding towns and the beach was very easy. The owner had 4 bikes at our disposal which was nice. We were South of 30A so we didn't have to cross the highway often. The condo is locaed just above the restaurant Paradis which has fabulous food and amazing service. We ate there twice during our week stay. The owner was easy to get in touch with and responded to all our questions and concerns. I would definitely stay here again!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The owner was super and easy to get hold of anytime. The condo is HUGE and new! Could easily accommodate 2 families. You are very centrally located so walking is a breeze to everything (beach, shopping, pools, tennis, etc.). The condo is on the top floor in the Mercado which houses a great lounge and restaurant so nightcaps are just a trip downstairs! Just across the street is the ice cream parlor, great if you have kids. It has great designated parking, beach chairs and umbrella, full washer/dryer, and a full kitchen. I will use again without a doubt.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We live in North Atlanta and try to get to RMB as often as possible. After years of visiting Rosemary we purchased this property in the Summer of 2010. We enjoy the mornings on the beach and the evenings @ the great restaurants in the area.
